They have only been there 5 days but seem to be adjusting very well and seem to be getting assistance as needed.

This facility is clean.The staff is compassionate, kind and friendly. The facility has a lot of activities for the residents that seem like fun. The food is pretty decent. So far, a pretty good place.

Brookdale Club Hill I think that the level of care to get him to the right place for his specific needs wasn't exactly what I perceive to be the best. I really think he needs more care. Everything else is just awesome. It has absolutely overall been a good experience.

At Brookdale Dr. Philips the only frustrating thing is the price range given was $2000 less that what it ended up being. Dad will have to move soon due to the expense. For what it is it is okay. I wouldn't say it is the best alternative for a loved one to be here. It is a safe environment though. They don't try to get people to engage in activities unless they are in the main living area. So my dad sits in his room a lot. The staff is great and I have gotten an issues I have had resolved. If someone had a lot of money to throw down the drain this would be a good place.

At Brookdale Central Paradise Valley certain areas are nice and others are not. The staff is very friendly there. There are some things that need improving. The carpet in the hallway, is absolutely filthy. Also there are not enough tables in their dining room. A lot people don't want to sit with other people. I think they need more tables for two if they want to sit alone. The variety of lunch could be better. The plumbing and air conditioning took a long time to fix. Landscaping needs improving. They have some blinds laying around that need to go to the garbage. The parking upstairs on the north side is very dark. The carpet really is the main thing. It is just gross.

I've been very happy with it. It's really clean and nice, you couldn't ask for a better situation. There were some questions we had about getting some things installed very smoothly. Most recently we asked some questions about medicare, and they haven't been able to answer those for me. So some billing issues.

It is a very well - run operation as far as I can tell. The food is really good and the house cleaning services that they have at the Brookdale are very nice and the attention to the residents is very high.

So far, this seems to be the ideal place for us, given the circumstances. The staff is very kind and they go out of there way to help. The building is very clean and the people that live there seem to be well taken care of.

I think in terms of the facility, and the care that they provide, Brookdale of West Hartford is a very nice place. The facility is beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff provide excellent care to the residents. However, I do think they could do a better job with the sign-up and onboarding process. There's been some issues between Brookdale and my loved one's long-term insurance provider, and it seems like there's always a new form that I haven't filled out that wasn't provided to me.

This place is wonderful. However there was a huge disconnect in communcation between the rehab facility my mother in law was in, her PCP, & Brookdale. This location is also not a Medicare partner. You have to arrange your own home health nurse if you need to. We unfortunately could not take advantage of the Brookdale openings at this time.

For the most part we are very happy. The grounds needs some care and there have been problems with getting meals served and not enough food. There have been times when maintence and others have been serving coffee. But overall we are happy

Well I would have to say that I really do like the cafeteria at the Brookdale Carrollton. I am impressed with the food and with the meals and also with the way that the staff members serve it over there.

The staff at Brookdale Boulder Creek was very knowledgeable. They gave us excellent costumer service. They were very patient and answered all of our questions. I think it was a good facility. In the end we did not choose it though.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We didn't end up selecting this community, but I would certainly recommend them as being worth a look!

At Brookdale Parkplace the care has been kind of sloppy. I'm not sure if it is indicative of the industry but they are not good at retaining good help. They do have a lot of turn over. It is not specific to Brookdale Parkplace, as I have seen this at other facilities. Other than that I am pleased with this facility.

I like the location and it does seem clean. The staff is everywhere.

The staff here really seems to care about the well-being of the patients. The building is clean and odor free. The nursing staff is excellent. Another thing they do well here is offer different levels of activities so that all the patients can be involved.

This seems like a nice place so far. They seem to really enjoy being there taking care of the residents. They don't make it seem like a job. Family atmosphere. Everyone is always happy to help. They are very accommodating.

I think they have done well, I think it is a great place. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is that in the dining there seems to be a lot of chaos. So for the residents to go in and sit down and not get waited on and served, there just isn't a lot of people in there. The nursing staff was great though and the aides were great. Overall it has been a positive experience.
