I inquired with Senior Helpers after my 83 yo father was injured in an atv accident. [removed name] came to my house and spent a lot of time going over our options. He was amazing to work with. Fortunately, dad recovered much quicker than expected. We didn't need the service, but I would absolutely use it if needed. Again, [removed name] was awesome to deal with.

Everyone was nice, friendly, and very helpful. Always on time. I believe the lady that came the most was [name removed]. She was great. She would wash my hair and blow dry it, take me to the store and Dr's. App. She even came by one day just to check on me. So sweet.

They went above and beyond in working with our long term health care insurance. Our caregiver has been great by making a meal for the family and including my mom in the process. The intake process was very smooth and timely. The people I communicated with were very responsive and professional. I live in Florida and had to coordinate my sister's care from there. The caregiver they sent was very professional and communicated effectively with me. However the initial caregiver was not the best fit for my sister. It was a very tumultuous time for my sister. Both the caregiver and the agency handled the situation compassionately. I would highly recommend this agency.

There were a couple that had personalities that didn't connect with my mom. [removed name] has been mom's favorite and they both seem to really care about one another. Jordan had been my direct connection as a coordinator with Home Instead. She had been terrific in helping with mom's schedules- very nice!!
