Cornerstone was very easy to interact with at all levels. [name removed] the operating director was absolutely amazing and so cooperative from last notice notifications to scheduling and being able to quickly provide right fit caregivers which was so important. I was very pleased with the service that was provided.
We think they are great. They are comfortable and reassuring, and also skilled and competent. We would without a doubt recommend them to others.

Home instead cared for both of my parents 6 years apart. We were very happy with the caregivers, and if they weren't a good fit they quickly sent someone more suitable for our needs. They are required to log every thing they did for my parents and were monitored very carefully. Home instead made it very easy for my family to leave mom's care in the hands of someone other than Family.

She was friendly and communication was great. Care started easily and service was well worth the cost. Make sure they are comfortable with inside pets. This stage could be scary or frustrating for folks receiving care so make sure the caregiver has a warm personality and is easy to talk to. Mine was great in all those areas!!

They were always able to accommodate our requests for additional caregivers. The caregivers were all very good local women who were willing to whatever was asked. We especially like the fact that the caregivers logged in their shifts to the website which allows the family to keep track of what they did. I would highly recommend them for non-medical in- home caregiving.
