[name removed] was nice to speak with and helpful companion, was always considerate of my needs and ensured when she left that I had my water bottle full. The company was always helpful and provided a backup when [name removed] wasn't available.

We were pleased with our experience with Amada. They did a great job of listening to our needs and finding care givers who fit with our family during a difficult time. I would recommend them highly if you needing in home health.

This group is the most amazing group I have worked with. They are so caring and understanding. Very easy to work with and communicate with. I would recommend this group to everyone. They do the best to match the client with the right caregiver.

I was helping a friend with early dementia try to find assisted living that she could afford. A Place for Mom gave us several places to look into. They were very helpful and kind. They do check back with you to make sure everything went well. If you are not satisfied, they will send you more places to check.

My sister has a relatively rare form of dementia called Primary Progressive Aphasia. It isn’t like other dimentias. It can also have a fairly early onset which is the case with my sister. We needed someone to be a helpful friend for her. She is still very active. She runs 5 to 6 miles 3 times per week in parks, weather permitting. She’s still able to drive. So we needed someone who was willing and able to assist her in engaging more in life in ways she still could. We were able to find the right person through A Place for Mom.

My experience is that they treat everyone the same way they serve people well, they talk to everyone the same way I like that and thank you when you arrive they ask you what they can help you with, they sit down and talk to you after they solve the problem after they let you know if it's okay come back to us again thank you

[name removed] was a companion for my dad and was so caring and thoughtful, it was like he was an instant family member!! He not only helped with the physical activities that my dad needed, but he was also someone to have an enjoyable conversation with.

Kind and professional

The caregivers were excellent. Arrived on time and were very professional. However, the company was unable to provide a substitute caregiver for me when my regular caregiver was ill.

I would rate Srs Helping Srs a definite 5. Their people are pleasant and well trained. Their management is cooperative and attentive.
