Easy to start care & usually let me know if a caregiver was running late. Communication ahead for the next week schedule was not good. I always had to ask. Did not have male caregivers for male clients. The one Cornerstone had that my male person liked, went back to college. Only 1 other male caregiver that could come only 3 hours. This made my decision to get into a nursing home before winter a better choice to home care.

Definitely caring people and go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied with your care. They go out of their way to make sure your every need is taken care of.

[names removed] and team have been terrific and flexible with my mom's schedule. My sister and I are taking caring of things long distance and their communications with us has been timely. We are so appreciative of the entire team including the many caregivers we have had. My mom's schedule is not the easiest and our Care Team has been able to pivot, many times during the same week, because mom has changed her plans. The team has been able to find coverage quickly and the caretakers have been helpful. We are so glad we chose First Light for my moms caregiving needs.

I would use them again! . Excellence and integrity in our time of concern for our loved one meant more than a lot of little things, plus they were reasonable. ??They were caring, responsive, and always cared about us.

I had never had home care before this I found Providential very easy to work with and very flexible. The in house helper was so helpful and I don't think I would have recovered so well if it hadn't been for her help

I don't know how to begin the care for my mama. They were so patient and caring thru the entire process. The staff are heroes as it takes a very special person to care for the elderly - especially with dementia.

Haven Home Care exercises due care in the needs of its patients...from the initial interview, due diligence in selecting the right provider, periodic visits in follow up on services received, prompt response to unexpected situations that require extended care periods...truly is what an Agency should be. We are very satisfied and pleased of having found this Agency for our Loved ones in need.

The Vador Family provided wonderful care for my mother both in home as well as in a rehab facility. They went above and beyond the requirements of a regular aide and helped to motivate my mother by establishing goals for her to achieve and encouraged her to think positively and realistically about her expectations with her recovery. When they cared for my mother we were able to relax knowing her needs were being met which allowed us the freedom to occasionally leave the house to take care of personal needs. I couldn't give them a higher rating and would recommend them whole heartedly.

Cost is something entirely differently. There was a fair cost in comparison to others.

I highly recommend Seniors Helping Seniors. My mother in law was cared for in a compassionate and careful way by a dependable fellow senior. The quality care for a reasonable price exceeded my expectations. Communication regarding her care every step of the way was stellar.

The caregivers have been amazing! They ambush good care of my mother. She loves them. They have my mom at the center of everything they do. All the caregivers have been so wonderful. We are so happy with the agency and the care my mom has been receiving.

I like that they are flexible with how many hours you need for care. They do not require a minimum amount of hours which is helpful. The owner and the caretakers are really nice and easy to work with.

[names removed] who schedule are very professional and accommodating. [names removed] are very professional caregivers and very thorough. [name removed] is a hard worker as well. Invoices arrive in a timely manner and automatic payments which is a convenience.
