I had a great experience with FirstLight Home Care of Southeast Valley. [name removed] was amazing, so compassionate and genuinely caring. The caregivers were highly skilled and took wonderful care of me after my surgery, helping with breakfast, bathing, and getting dressed, and always taking the time to check in with me. I never felt rushed. One of the caregivers actually baked my favorite chicken recipe for me which I had not eaten in years! Having someone I could truly trust while I recovered meant everything. Highly recommend.

I needed someone to drive me to and from surgery and stay with for a few hours after as I had no one else to do this. It was an unusual request but [name removed] from Shepherd Heart took very good care of me and I would not hesitate to contact Shephard Heart for help again.

We used Synergy to help care for my elderly mom. The aide was great and always kept in touch with me each day while I was gone to keep me updated on how my mom was doing. We went away for 6 days and it was the perfect break we needed while also knowing my mom was under great care. We will definitely use Synergy again.

We got Home Instead to help my dad around the house since he did not want to go to an assisted living. I was worried about my dad being alone at home in case he fell. The office was easy to talk to and made the process easy, and the helpers have been wonderful. They take care of everything and my dad is happy to see them every day. They play games with him and take him shopping, and they make sure he is taking his meds and showering, and they keep the house clean and cook good meals for him. We can’t thank them enough.

The caregiver assigned is a perfect match. She is always very prompt. Both patient and house always very clean. My love one loves her. I am very comfortable leaving him with her for an extended period of time.

Cornerstone Caregivers Covington is amazing! Everyone that comes to take care of my mother is amazing also! They go above and beyond what is expected of them. They treat my mother with respect and dignity. They treat her just like their own mother. My mother really enjoys when they come to the house. We have a set schedule that they come to the house and take care of my mother along with the unexpected times that I’m able to call and someone is here within a matter of moments. I would recommend this company many times over. I am so very thankful they are now part of our family. I would be very lost without cornerstone Caregivers, Covington location and her team. Very friendly and easy to work with both the care giver and the coordinator. Are exceptional I like it when I always have the same care giver so she knows what there is to do and where my things are if you need to cancel they are very under standing I'd recommend them for any body.

Amada Senior Care was great! [name removed], the owner is very knowledgeable, attentive and understanding. She fully explained the process and helped in providing a schedule that worked for me. [name removed] was my mother’s primary caregiver. I can’t say enough about her. She was excellent with taking care of Mama at the most difficult time of her life. The only problem, was that I should have asked for help sooner.

I hired Breeze of Care to provide aides to my mom while she lived with us for about 1 month before she moved into an assisted living. The aides were wonderful and so helpful! They provided us with peace of mind during the transition period of my mom being hospitalized and then staying with us until assisted living became available. All the aides that helped my mom out were kind, caring and supportive. I would like to give a special recognition to the aide, [name removed]. She’s truly amazing! [name removed] is the best! We were satisfied with the service we received and the willingness of Bluebird to serve our needs in a timely and professional manner.
