I have full trust in this company to care of my grandma! She isn’t quite able to take care of herself anymore and I work too much to be able to do it by myself. When I am able to get over to visit, she’s happy, she’s healthy, she’s clean, she’s well fed, she’s got groceries and the house is in good shape.

The owner of Executive Home Care has helped our family so much. He and his wife were so upfront and honest about the whole process, helped us navigate our long term care insurance, and even helped us apply for veterans benefits. We love our caregiver she is like extended family. They always answer the phones whenever we need anything.

Amada Senior Care provided caregiver services for my 101 year old mother. From initial contact, Amada was very prompt and efficient in identifying my mom’s needs; very quickly were able to provide the caregivers. From our initial meeting with Sapna, we (my sister and I) feel very good about their service and what they could provide. My aunt(who we have the service for) really liked [name removed] . Now that we have their service, I get replies back in a timely manner to questions asked. Also, when one of our caregivers can't make it to the house they find a replacement at short notice. Also, we have the same caregivers for the daus that were chisen for coverage. Also, their charge for service is lower than other agencies.

SNS of Mid-South, and owner [name removed] , executes a business model, and maintains bench strength in staffing, to deliver the spectrum of companion care to 24/7 skilled nursing care. Her team is highly experienced and seeks additional learning on equipment, best practices customized to the needs of a family. This organization is a class act and stands out in an industry that is experiencing staffing shortages and other challenges. We are beyond grateful that we found them, and they found us.

When my 80 year old Dad had a triple bypass and then a defibrillator put in, we needed a caretaker. He lives in Florida and we are in Indiana. I was able to meet with [name removed] the sake day I called and get someone setup immediately. They did a great job providing care until he was back to 100%.

This has been the easiest and most flexible experience i could ask for. Caregivers are amazing and customer service is prompt, helpful, and understanding. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for home care givers.
