I was looking for a new Home health aide services for my dad and stumbled upon Reign Homecare. I’m really glad I did. They were so helpful with everything and considerate with working along with my work schedule. My dad really love his caregiver and has no complaints at all. Very reliable also.

[name removed] the manager coordinator is amazing very easy to work with she coordinates the aids if there’s a problem, you just have to call her and every time she has worked it out. I’m very satisfied with them and the aids.

Owner was helpful and easy to work with , was very compassionate always willing to work with my schedule and cover times needed, our caretaker was wonderful as well she became a friend and part of our team caring for my dad she was always prompt, helpful and caring

[name removed] was a really good caregiver. She was always kind to my mom. She was patient and attentive. The care management team was better than what we have experienced in the past with other agencies. [name removed] is always checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly. She even brought my mom a blanket the other day, which was really nice because its so cold. We will continue using BrightCare and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Quality people.

I was very impressed with the response time and ability to find a sitter in my area as I was not in their normal area of coverage. The sitter was very attentive and respected my mom’s wishes for as much independence as she could have. Ours was a temporary placement as she healed from a broken arm. At 88, that made some daily tasks impossible. Unfortunately the sitter was only available for a month and was not comfortable driving my mother two miles to physical therapy so I had to make other arrangements. I would recommend them.

You can change or cancel your schedule without a problem. The people they sent were very friendly and always willing to help. I have used other agencies in another state, and they weren’t as easy to work with

Our family had such a good experience with all the staff of Cornerstone Caregiving. They were able to accommodate our scheduling needs efficiently and provide caregivers for us as we needed. The office was timely in response to questions and concerns. We would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We used BrightStar care for a short time but it was during a critical and highly stressful time for my family. Our primary contact made the process as smooth as it possibly could be. He was attentive and responsive. The individual Caregivers were amazing and if there were any issues they were handled immediately.

Company is great. Very caring and helpful Owners always available for any questions orconcerns.The caregiver who is taking care of my mother in law is very kind and competent. Would highly recommend them.

We called for help with our 97-year-old mom, [name removed] was great and found a lovely lady who is trustworthy and kind! Mom is thrilled! This is her first experience with a caregiver and we are pleased it’s going so well.

[name removed] worked with our family to come up with a great solution for care for our mother and was flexible with changes to our care plan. Any time there was a change we were notified immediately. Information given was thorough. The caregivers could not have been nicer. Highly recommended!

The scheduling clerk is always available to help and knows what I need for each experience. The aide that the owner thought was a good fit for me was completely correct. So far I am very pleased with my experience..

My parents and I are very pleased with their service. My parents love them so much they want to add more days did them to come to help them. It's worth every penny knowing that I can go to work knowing they are in good hands.
