Sincere approach to difficult discussions about elder care. The representatives were flexible and open to any and all options that were right for our needs. Mom was not eager to accept help but they found just the right helper for her. She has developed a positive relationship and mom now looks forward to her visits.

We've used Home Care Team for nearly a year now and they provide excellent service. The staff always does little extra, like sweeping the floor, dishes, clean kitchen in addition to taking care of the needs of my elderly dad. They do dad's laundry, clean the bathroom, feed him on time, and more. They always show up on time and are flexible to work with your schedule and make adjustments and changes as needed.

We have had wonderful experiences with HomeCare. My wife is immobile and cannot speak from a stroke. Homecare has provided us with wonderful caregivers that are attentive and caring with her. If there are any issues (such as changes to the caregiver schedule), Homecare is easy to reach and work with. Also, the price for their services is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for qualified caregivers.

She became a part of the family as if she’s one of us and taking care of our own father professionally. The owner is Geriatric case manager, so he knows how to take care of the seniors. Cook's Home Care is a great company. I am a caregiver of my daughter and I never had any issues with this company.They always met my needs. I would recommend this company to family and friends. I wish my daughter was still with them,but the medicaid waiver switched over to structured family care.
