Caregivers were great, Mom was just not ready for home care. Initial interviews and follow up was exceptional. Mom does not need constant care and she was uncomfotable gaving someone interacting with her for 4 hours.

Our experience with Rica’s Angels providing a hospital sitter for our adult daughter exceeded our expectations. There was continuity of service between the two care providers who were compassionate, skilled, and flexible with our time needs. They were attentive to our requests for daily reports at the end of each shift and provided opportunities to FaceTime with her. Our daughter enjoyed and grew attached to each of the sitters.

My Mom, age 90 is determined to remain in her home and Cornerstone Caregiving is making that possible. While reluctant at first, Mom has come to love the attention and companionship of her caregivers. She looks forward to their visits 3 times a week and this gives me such peace of mind. I am the closest in proximity to Mom, but still 3 hours away. It comforts me to know she has someone visiting when I can't be there. Still using the services. All of my interactions with the management have been so awesome and the caregivers are great. They help her shower and they take her outside in the wheelchair in nice weather on the deck. They do dishes and keep laundry up.

I am the successor trustee of a trust set up to benefit the son of the trust originator. He is well cared for by Home Instead and their communication with me is professional and allows me to provide the support which is my responsibility. Also, the son himself is happy with them which is important. He is a 75 yo autistic man who can communicate well but doesn’t have the maturity to care for himself. So, Home Instead is very helpful to me as his legal representative.

I had a hip replacement and needed in home care for a few days. I had no idea how I would feel. It was a less awful recovery than I anticipated and part of that was due to the care I received from Alpha Homecare. My caregiver was a pre-med student, and kept me doing the exercises I needed. She cooked and together we sorted through my many books. The owner also dropped by to see how it was going. Highly recommend Alpha Homecare for excellent service without any pressure for extra things.
