I had a hip replacement and needed in home care for a few days. I had no idea how I would feel. It was a less awful recovery than I anticipated and part of that was due to the care I received from Alpha Homecare. My caregiver was a pre-med student, and kept me doing the exercises I needed. She cooked and together we sorted through my many books. The owner also dropped by to see how it was going. Highly recommend Alpha Homecare for excellent service without any pressure for extra things.

Everyone was very professional. The caregiver was always on time, always happy and willing to do anything I wanted. Her manager was readily available if I had a question. I would definitely use PCS again.

Home instead is a great fit for mom. Caregivers are very professional skilled, caring, and work with moms dementia very well. They have the supplies they need. I am happy that we switched from [removed] to Home Instead.

The review is by the son-in-law. We are very pleased with Comfort Keepers from the time of my phone call to the administrator who listened to our needs and arranged the initial consultation, to the assessor who came to the home to meet us and my mother-in-law and access our needs, to the Caregiver who was selected to care for my mother-in-law. She is a perfect fit and not only does she fulfill all of our requests for our mother’s care, but does far more. She is a wonderful motivator which my mother-in-law requires due to her dementia. She is also very loving and caring and a real friend to her. We are very comfortable with her and completely trusting of our loved one in her care.

[name removed] is great! She arrives promptly at 10 a m. We look forward to her arrival. She helps us make delicious lunches. Her help with bath time is most helpful. Doing dishes, the laundry,, cleaning, and even helping Mr Billy, our Chihuahua, is so appreciated. We are blessed to have her help us.

This is a difficult job, but some surpass all expectations. My caregiver is good for, with my wife. I'm aware my wife (the patient)can be difficult, but they do work well together. Our caregiver has even made worthwhile suggestions to improve our ageing.

Very well run and staff all knowledgeable in their roles and what to do. Wish they would have involved the client in activities. They were very friendly and did do some of the cleaning. Staff doing assignments new what questions and knew all the resources.

I have had a very pleasant experience with this agency and if anyone is looking for assistance with a loved one, I highly recommend! Very responsive and sent me extra help in a short notice for a situation where I needed the help.

[name removed] was really nice and explained all the process to finding a Caregiver for us. He was attentive and listened to our concerns and was able to find us Caregivers we felt really comfortable. The Caregivers were compassionate, attentive, caring and very helpful for all our needs. Although we only had them for a short period of time due to my husband having a surgery we had great experience with them.

Representatives from Aviva were professional and responsive. Clearly described their process, met with us to observe my husband and our needs. Quickly defined a plan and aide. My husband was hospitalized day before aide was to start. [Name Removed] kept in touch accommodating return to home. Sadly my husband passed away and Aviva services were not needed. [Name Removed] kept in touch in case I needed support through the next steps or even grief assistance. I would recommend them.

Always on time and very pleasant and willing to please. My husband enjoyed their company. I would definitely recommend them. I felt totally at ease while I was out. I plan on using them more and their prices are fair.

Went the extra mile to provide needed services. For example they assisted in getting a id card, getting a bank card approved, getting to the store and even assisting with the purchase of a needed microwave. Tended to needs even without being asked.

Cannot recommend enough. Excellent company with fantastic team members who are reliable, thorough, thoughtful, and have great training and people skills.

[Name Removed] at Cypress Coast Care literally came to my rescue. My father’s health declined rather rapidly and he was able to have someone in to help me the day after we met. The aides had good advice and were able to get my dad to do things he wouldn’t do for me. I used the aides for an about a week and a half before my father passed. I would highly recommend Cypress Coast Care.

I’m taking care of my sister in assisted living in Colorado. I live in Oregon. Have Afib, so can’t go to co. I absolutely could not do this without the help Just Like Family has given me!!! They are compassionate, caring people who help my sister two times a week, 2 hours each time. I truly could not manage this without them.

Our caretaker is a seasoned, self-starting professional. The management is polite, compassionate and responsive. My mother is more engaged, she has been wiling to try new things and enjoys her interactions with the caretaker.

Floodgates are doing a great service for my family. Floodgate demonstrates a true understanding of of elder home care. The administration of floodgate and home care aid are clearly providing ElderCare because they love their call to serve elder,

I think I was very fortunate to have found Home Instead. My husband has stage six. 9 (out of seven stages)of dementia. The woman who has been taking care of him on an occasional basis when I have to go out of town, has been absolutely wonderful. I have her for four hours per day in the evening so she can cook his dinner and spend time with him. Unfortunately, when he does fall into stage seven, I will have to have a memory care facility take over.

My mom caretaker is absolutely the BEST! She is very attentive, warm and caring to my mom! My mom ask for her by name and loves her, the way she care for my mom she is part of the family. This is the best thing we could have done is having someone come into the home to help us out in general so we don’t have to worry about her while I work! Get caretaker [name removed] is one of a kind and we can tell she loves her job!
