Caring companions has done everything they said they would do plus more. Anytime we have an issue or emergency request they get back to me very quickly with a solution. All the caretakers have been kind and helpful. We had one person that didn’t really match up with our parents, not because they couldn’t do the job, just not a good fit. Caring Companions handled it with dignity and found someone who was a better fit.They have made our lives easier and we trust them in all they do for us

[name removed] and her team provided excellent in-home care and services for my two elderly parents 90 and 94 years old. They ramped up quickly and exercised great patience with the needs of my parents. The services provided included: preparing meals, doing laundry, organizing and cleaning around the house, bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. I highly recommend them.

Great services and companionship

We started out with services twice a week. When we have asked for more, and sometimes with only a few days notice, they have been more than accommodating. And cheerful at that! We continue to be extremely grateful for their service and support.

I couldn't have recovered without them help, and continue to enjoy the assistance. [name removed] is very helpful and a real go-getter. She helps me with organization, cleaning, shopping, and figuring out my new cell phone.

The owner communicated with me during our initial contact during our search. The Baton Rouge office staff is very professional and worked diligently to find the right caretaker for our dad. The second person was the perfect fit! Their minimum number of hours per week and price per hour was less than some of the other companies in our area. My dad is very comfortable with his current caretaker and she is flexible when we need to adjust hours due to obligations that occur. We’ve had a successful experience with Bright Care Home Care.

We had no problem with their service. Everything went well and [name removed] was a great help to the family. If you can get more help like [name removed] it would be great. She adapted to the family very well and we really like her. She made it easy for everyone.

I developed an acute pain that prevented my driving and needed a ride to my doctor in two days. This agency was able to provide. My driver was excellent: on time, courteous, and careful and pleasant.

My needs were promptly met - exceeding my exceeding my expectations. The young man who stays with my husband has been wonderful. My husband enjoys time with him doing puzzles and games and never complains when i leave him. This has been a game changer for me.

Very responsive. Very happy with the in-home provider. Responds to phone calls promptly. I get a txt or email on the day. Fortunate to have the help with my mom going through "lots" of old stuff to clear out clutter since I do not live near and so I can take care of business when I'm in town.

We contacted a Place for Mom when my mother had an unexpected medical event. It was clear she and my dad needed help with day to day tasks. I asked the hospital social worker for advice about who to contact. She referred me to A Place for Mom. They sent 3 referrals to me within minutes. We picked someone to interview, but my mother didn’t feel that she could understand her well enough because she spoke with an accent. I call A Place for Mom and got another referral. The person has worked out perfectly. The Health Pro has a good sense of humor and she and my mom enjoy each others company. The Health Pro drives them to appointments and errands, does laundry, dishes, makes sure my folks are eating and most importantly they are taking their medications consistently and correctly. It is a great relief knowing they are being taken care of 3 days a week, 4 hours a day.

The agency was wonderful. Friendly, responsible, creative , compassionate, and showed initiative. Unfortunately my sister did not continue with their services. Thank you for your help and for everything you did.

Our experience was outstanding, from end to end. [name removed] was helpful and well informed about elder care. My mother very much liked [name removed]and enjoyed talking to her. She simply felt that she wasn’t ready for her services. I would/will highly recommend.

The owner was wiling to sit down and explain process to me. He was very responsive to phone calls and messages. The caregivers were friendly and empathetic. They engaged my mom in conversation and kept her comfortable.

Our home care worker was very pleasant and very patient. She takes her time and listens to our concerns. She always informed me with any concerns. My Dad felt at ease with her and said she was kind and understanding.

From the first call to the final bill I can not say enough good things about the people and their work We created lots of hurdles in the process with hospital visits and jumbled up schedules. There was never a second where there were lapses in the service. The person actually coming to the home was like family starting the first visit. She made a very stressful time so much better for everyone! There are not words enough to say how grateful we were for everything

The in-home caregivers were very polite very attentive to my husband needs they were right there whenever he needed assistance they helped with his personal needs and the physical therapy exercises he needed to do. They took him out for walks.

Reliable service. Friendly people. All around good folks.

I am so pleased with Hope Home Healthcare and highly recommend. We needed temporary care for my dad and they were able to provide next day service. They were very professional and addressed all of our needs and concerns. If we ever need in-home care again, we would definitely use them again.
