Two employees did not fit my wife’s needs. Third one was great but is needed to work in the office. Last one was good to my wife but not dependable. Played out of our work to clean houses.

caregiver was inexperienced, highly impatient with my slow gaitbandvurged me to start walking from far back in my driveway (which would have been further for me and hazardous) She didn't like and became very testy when asked to do errands outside the home, as she said it was too hot! She had to take numerous breaks to "regroup" as she put it!! Due to her tardiness to arrive on time, I missed both a dentist appt. and a haircut appt. She never so much as apologized for either of these!

A lot people were not on time payroll hours we confusing paying two weeks in advance. Towards the end of sevce thing got better.

[name removed], the owner, and [name removed], the recruiter, are the real deal and genuinely want to help their clients. Unfortunately, the supporting staff who came to our home lacked professional experience in one case, and motivation to work in all other cases. [name removed] worked hard to meet all our needs with zero training. All other staff appeared to demand pay for sitting around our home watching tv or playing on their cellphones while I continued doing all the work I was paying them to do. Sadly, I had the same experience with another company that is much larger. Recommend you demand to know the skills and work ethic of the staff before accepting any support staff in your home. I was trying to find reliable services so I could return to work, instead I had to extend my leave.

Unreliable. Did not provide coverage as promised. Left us without anyone on one weekend. This left us with NO care for my quadraplegic husband! Not acceptable.

What we think they could improve on would be the overall experience, communication and responsiveness as well as he overall quality of care.

Improve on: Not lie about their services. Things liked: Friendly Care Mgr and Nurse.

The caregivers are mostly friendly, but I don't think they are certified caregivers, like they told me. Their scheduler is borderline incompetent.

The gals that came to help us were fine, but several times they did not show up. Frustrating to get help at last minute.

The sitter didn't show up on the second day and no one called. She did not show up on the 3rd day either. The sitter reported that she and the owner couldn't get along. Nobody was replaced for the sitter. It left me with no sitter for many days. I had to go with another agency.

When calling the office, the phone rings up to 50 rings then hands up. The receptionists are NO help. They 're not equipped with the right information yo answer questions. [Name Removed] was my Mother's case manager. She was friendly; yet unorganized, not truthful about the skills of the caregivers. When/if there was a no show/call out by the caregiver on the weekend, the office is closed or the no one is available for hours. She didn't agive information to the caregivers about the services that was needed for the care to be given. None of the caregivers were hoyer lift efficient; however she promised me that they were! I would not refer anyone to the agency! Not being able to mention job titles or positions makes it difficult to leave an honest and thorough review.

They demonstrate poor communicative follow through on what they promise the families they service.

We were very excited about the agency after speaking with the regional manager. After telling her about the previous agency who had a very good but unreliable caregiver with no backup, we were promised that a backup caregiver would be identified from day 1, and we'd never have to worry about no shows. We were also told caregivers aren't allowed to use their cellphones while with a patient unless it was for the care of the patient. They said they'd install sensi devices that listen for distress calls, and are monitored by RNs. ALL promises were broken. Two of the aides we tried barely looked up from their phones the whole time they were with mom. We finally got an aide who is kind to mom but had trouble with the schedule and went 3 weeks never knowing when she'd show up. The sensi devices do not work....mom has loudly yelled for help and no one ever noticed. They promised to automatically bill insurance and never set it up. Regional Mgr who made these promises no longer works there.

Caregiver assigned was very passive and non directive. My wife who has dementia did not know why the caregiver was there and thought she had to come up with things for the caregiver to do. This was not a good fit at all.

The caregiver provided was also paid full r personal vehicle transportation and I was under the impression the vehicle and caregiver had been fully checked for safety and compliance. Unfortunately this was not the case not only was the vehicle filthy and being lived in it also had windows that did not roll up and the A/C didn’t work. The caregiver was also a dangerous driver running 3 red lights. I reported to the office manager and was still charged for services

Although the caregivers provided by the agency to help care for my mom were good I found the management and administration of the agency very poor. When dealing with the owner “[Name Removed]” I asked that she stopped sending someone and she said she would. However they continued to show up for a few more days and my Mom was charged for that through her credit card. When I spoke to [Name Removed] about that she said she would refund the money and she never did even after contacting her several more times. That was over 3 months ago. She has stopped responding to my texts. Also we had a hard time getting invoice copies for the charges. They were supposed to email them and the emails were never received. They finally mailed out copies again after several phone calls.

All chores she does at snails pace. A lot of money charged for someone that accomplishes little. Had experiences for instance going to Walgreens 1.2 miles away....I normally cover round trip in 15 minutes....took her over an hour. Blamed traffic (very normal sunday). Always blamed some outside force as to why it took her so long to do anything!

The first lady that was sent to stay at night with my 92 yo Mother who was imminent, was HORRIBLE!! She threw my Mother around like a sack of potatoes when getting her in and out of her wheelchair. There were several issues with that particular lady. I requested Senior Helpers send someone else. They tried to talk me into letting her come back. NO WAY!!!! I finally got them to agree to send someone else who was gentle and had some compassion, which they did. They never sent an invoice or anything when they charged the credit card for their services. I had to call and ask for one. They overcharged me by 3 hours. My Mother passed around 2:40am and their sitter left the house roughy around 3:00 after I got there. They charged me until 6:00am. I sent them email about the overcharge and they never responded. I wanted our communication in black and white for proof instead of a phone call.

Staff slept on floor in front of the TV. My dad could not get through to go to bathroom, went downstairs, had to take off o2, no walker. Cigarette butts on porch railing, candy wrappers on counter. Slow/ failed to return calls/respond to email. Very slow to refund deposit. Then sent to wrong address.

The care was very unreliable there would be mornings where no one would show up without any notice. They also would show up late often or would leave early. Also there were times when they aid would be caught sleeping
