Our family was having a real struggle finding Mom a reliable home care agency. With Covid, it seems that there has been a caregiver shortage. Because Mom only needs weekend care, it was tough to find an agency that had available caregivers. Golden Years has done a great job making sure my mom has the caregivers she needs.

Golden Years is wonderful! Their staff is beyond supportive, not only to my relative but to my whole family. We've used other agencies in the past, but none of them are as good as Golden Years. If you're looking for great home care, call Golden Years!

They were very friendly and helpful. It was expensive, but not sure how it compares to other companies/caregivers but we were in a pinch with my dad's surgery. Overall ....coordination from the lady at the hospital and also one of my dads nurse recommend to use your company . Everyone was very nice and friendly . Helped my mom and sister out a lot over the weeks until my dad was better . Very prompt and professional. Offered next day service for original appt and were able to have help the following day . Overall excellent experience and would recommend.

Such a great experience. I would highly recommend. Just that [names removed]were wonderful and took care of me as much as my Mother. They were always available if I needed to get in touch, they were great communicators, and just really kind people.

Good agency and very accomodating with the health care workers they are sending to our home. The owner met us first to introduce himself and the person in charge of work assignments. We had a very good first impression and decided to work with them.

Easy to schedule times with the caregivers. [name removed] was an amazing caregiver to my Dad. So kind and sweet to him. We appreciated the time she help take care of him. My Dad enjoyed spending time with her and she did activities with him.

The owner [name removed] is very hands on and willing to help in any way he can. He was willing to accommodate my Mother in things the office usually doesn’t do. We only had help for a month due to the long term care insurance denying her claim. I would recommend them.

Christian Companion is an in-home care service. They have been great to fill our needs. We really like them because they take care of my mom's needs when we are gone. They have been perfect for mom.

Home Instead went above and beyond helping me with the care of my Dad. They were kind, genuine and there for whatever my Dad needed. It was a blessing knowing he was in good hands. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they did.

Mom successfully moved back to her house in March. Has been doing well through summer and gained an increased level of independence. They provided professional and prompt assistance. So right now, things are looking good.

My wife has dementia with violate mood changes. I ask for part time companion to allow me free time to take care of business. The companion supplied seemed ideal, unfortunately my wife’s medication did not work as well as we hoped. My wife threaten the companion because she wanted to remain with her for the few minutes before I returned home from a lunch appointment. She retreated to the driveway and phoned me. I have only the highest praise for the companion and the company for the services offered.
