The entire office staff has always been very pleasant and extremely helpful in all situations. If a caregiver was not able to come to the house on a certain day, they always called to notify us and tried to obtain a replacement. They also worked with us when we had doctor appointments on our schedule. I would definitely recommend Home Instead to anyone who is in need of their services.

My poor dad had altered mental status as he was dying, which was challenging for his family and caregivers. The care he received was kind, patient, and compassionate. We are so grateful to the people at Right at Home.

Great experience with the caretakers helping my father with his medications and meals. They took him on walks and sometimes to the stores to buy some items. They also helped with some light duty cleaning.

The home care service overall seems expensive but the best thing about California Seniors Care is that it gives us peace of mind.

I rate Miracle Care a five in all categories. The owner and all her helpers have been extremely helpful and nice and have worked with my father before he passed away and now with my mother, I am very satisfied with them and would recommend them to anybody.

We picked this home care service because, they had a minimum of 3 hrs per visit but no weekly minimum. The owners were easy to deal with. I would say they were kind.

Even though Home Instead was only with us for a couple of months, Home Instead was very professional, thorough and easy to work with. My 93 yr old mother refused services as she was not ready for care to come into her home. Home Instead was very understanding and did everything they could to help me with the care of my mother.

We have 2 care givers that come to my parents house for a total of 10 hours each day to help my mom with her needs. We love her care givers and the office staff- so yes, you can say- friendly, caring staff and we would recommend them to others.
