What we like the most about Home Instead - Norfolk, NE is the the overall care provided and the dedication of the staff. We would recommend their services to other families based on the experience we have had.

Amada Senior Care has been wonderful. They send [name removed] once a week to take Mom shopping. Mom continues to reside at our home. Amada was the first to call us when we were seeking care. After their visit I didn't bother to interview any other companies. Very impressed with their honesty. They were kind and communicative.

Welllsdale was such a wonderful group of people that made my father's last days peaceful, comfortable and in the best of medical care. I can't think of anyone else we could have asked to take care of my father. They were incredible! The met every need my father had. They gave him such personal care. We are extremely grateful for Wellsdale. They are absolutely exemplary!

For the most part, I was happy with everything, but I think my mom needed someone who was extra persuasive to get her to accept their presence and help. I know most of the blame is on my mom, but I feel that with the right person then maybe people wouldn't have had to leave early fairly often.

Both owner and caregiver were very caring and compassionate.

I would give high marks to our home help worker, high marks to all the nurses, physical therapist and occupational therapist. Overall a great experience with good people providing a very valuable service that we need

Have recommended them to a friend and they are using this service too. No questions asked policy if any party wants to change caregiver. Very interested in finding a good fit. Very responsible in completing insurance forms.

I have already recommended Sunlight to several friends. We picked this community because of the flexible schedule and price per hour.

We rate Home Instead a 5 in all categories. They are super! It seems like all the caregivers that my wife has had were trained and just very kind and good at what they do. The same could be said about the administrative staff.

After my initial conversation. The staff of 2nd family virtually held my hand through this process. The attention to our needs was outstanding.. Staff was very responsive my emails , and phone calls. I receive constant updates on my love one care. My care takers communicated when they arrived and at the end of there shifts. Over all I has a great experience. I plan to reach out to 2nd if my love one returns home.

I would recommend them. We picked them because a combination of responsiveness was the best compared to the rest and also their pricing was very reasonable.

We stopped BrightStar a few months ago. They were extremely professional and I'd recommend them to others in a heartbeat. We were struggling to afford them as we were paying out of our paycheck, as insurance did not cover it. I moved back to the house to take on what they had been doing, which as been ok since I have not had to travel for my job. What else would you like to know?

Synergy HomeCare has been great and we have no problems. We continue to use their services. We give them a 5 out of 5 on everything!

Home Helpers come into my house but they certainly don't make messes. For the meals and dining they just make what I have which is TV dinners and simple things like that. They take our loved one on walks in terms of activities and they do games and things to help. They also take our loved one to some of her treatment's. The value for cost is a 4 because as you know that these are all really very expensive but actually I have to say come to think of it I've seen others are more than this and so their value for their prices is a five.

The team of caregivers at Helios has been wonderful for my family. Our main aide [name removed] is incredible, but when she is out the staff have incredible substitutes ready to go and always give us a full report on the care for my parents. They are compassionate, professional and responsive to our needs. I recommend them highly!

There are no specific activities they do with my dad but he is not very open to it at this time I have not used another service to compare but I am pleased with the service they have provided and the fact that they do not require contracts is very beneficial to me.

I was very impressed by how professional and kind the workers were. My mother unfortunately asked each helper to leave so there was no true care of her. It's hard to put a price on the care my mom would have received had she been cooperative. All people I interacted with from the office to the in-home care givers were worth every penny we invested in that short week of attempted care.

We had a wonderful experience all around with Helios Home Health. Thanks again to the entire team for helping our family through this trying time....we could not have done it without every one of you.

The manager [name removed] is extremely friendly. More caregivers are as well. And most give excellent care, some others I had issues with but [name removed] replaced them immediately. She is a pleasure to work with, friendly, understanding, always willing to assist in anyway she can. Goes out of her way.

I gave a 4 for quality bc one of the caregivers had noticeable body odor which was unpleasant for me, although my mother's sense of smell was poor so she probably didn't notice. And there were very minimal caregiver tasks I needed at the time, other than walking assist and helping with dishes. I had recommended the service to others before I hired a full time private caregiver. This service was convenient, accommodating and fairly priced. But you may not get a consistent person.
