This is the second time we’ve used the agency. The first time we hired them to help mom with her rehabilitation. She recovered quickly and in no time was back to doing the things she enjoys. After such a good first experience, we didn't hesitate to call Golden Years again.

I love my helper from Americare. She has been my angel. Owners/admin staff are knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions. I've only had one caregiver this whole time and like I said above my caregiver has been my angel. From running errands to making sure I get time away from the house, to dusting and vacuuming, taking the trash cans out to the street, picking up the mail. They do it all.

We initially hired Senior Helpers to help my mom with aftercare from surgery back in June. It was supposed to be only temporary but my mom liked their service and has them come out at least once a week to help with household chores, cooking, grocery shopping, errands, etc. She has a favorite worker that she requests every week. The staff is in contact about the schedule, the bill, or any other issues. I feel she’s in good hands.

I prepare great meals that include fresh ingredients. I make every day fun for my loved one by taking daily walks in the many parks within close proximity to our home. This is a good value and would recommend them to others.

Very pleasant to deal with and well organized. From day 1, the sales person was very honest and presented many options for home care. My father has a home health care aide who comes to his home 2x per week. Overall experience is a 5. The home health care aide is very friendly....I give her a 5. She takes very good care of my father, I'll give her a 5. The value for cost is a 5. She cleans his home and meal preps so I will give her a 5 as well for both categories.

I'm very happy with accuaid homecare. My caregiver pays attention, sees what needs to be done, and gets it done. She's cheerful and respectful. My caregiver always encourages me to be active and helps me.. I chose Accuaid Home Care because their caregivers are well-trained and professional.

The overall experience has been a 5+. The professionalism of the franchise owner has made this experience excellent. Communication is always thorough and clarity is always established. I've been with another agency and those things did not exist. It was chaotic. ActiKare is for private caregivers and yes I would recommend Acti-Kare of Spartanburg SC. them to other families who may need their services. It's the franchise owner who makes this agency EXCELLENT

They are willing to try and meet your loved one's needs. My mother is bedridden and they found caregivers who could accommodate her special needs.

Our care giver really does care. We’ve tried other agencies and I’m not sure where they found their caregivers, but what a difference Golden Years caregivers make. i am really so much glad with their service.

My mother was recently discharged from a rehabilitation center for a broken hip. The nurse suggested we find a good home care agency that could help potentially avoid another fall. When we asked who she recommended, she said Golden Years. Mom is doing great with her new caregiver.

Needed to find in home, round the clock caregiver. Unified Pledge has been responsive, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. Unified Pledge was helpful from the get go. After initial phone call, first step was an in home assessment. Second step was reviewing the contract and other required paperwork. Next, we met prospective caregiver over Zoom. My mother is comfortable with the caregiver and feels well cared for.

Overall it's working reasonably well...Senior Helpers has good employees with good input. Concerned about costs with regards to our budget. [name removed] is enjoyable and does a good job and overall we would recommend Senior Helpers to other families.
