I will give them a 5 across-the-board. The staff I feel do a great job. We had a couple of issues with scheduling but they were resolved immediately. I have been very pleased with [name removed] and her staff and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I am very happy with them! [name removed], my father's home health aide, is incredibly respectful. He always regrets to my father as "dad" when he speaks to him and he calls my mother who is there also "mom". I was very impressed with that. Also, the front office is super on the ball. I have a LTC policy and they always submit my invoices without me needing to do anything. That is very impressive

Not as sanitized as I would have preferred with the exception of [name removed] the last care giver. The care services get a 4 with exception of the last caregiver [name removed] was a 5. The value for cost gets a with the exception [name removed] was a 5. We would recommend their services to other families.

We liked [name removed] immediately when we met her but also the fact that of everyone I spoke with when contacting agencies initially, they were the most responsive and they spoke English as a first language. The caregivers weren't all native English speakers, and that was fine, but when trying to get to a "meeting of the minds" so to speak it was much easier not to have a language barrier.

[name removed] goes above and beyond! She is always giving to the community, their clients, their caregivers and those around her. She is always looking to see how she can help others. She has a passion for helping Seniors and that extends out to not only the care she provides but also goes above and beyond to see how she can add to their quality of living by connecting them with useful resources. When it comes time for my family members to need care she and the San Luis Obispo County Home Matters Caregiving will be be my number one go to.

I’m so thankful to HomeMatters San Luis Obispo for putting my mind at ease. I knew mom couldn’t take care of herself the same, and since I couldn’t be there everyday, we knew we had to find a solution. I’m grateful HomeMatters can be there everyday to help her and to update me…thank you! :)

The girl we had was a hard worker, very clean and inter-acted well with my wife. Relation with staff was very limited but we had no problems. As per usual, the costs are too high. In summary, we were satisfied with the service and would give them a rating of 5.

From my first contact with A Homeplan the representative I first made contact with about their agency took time out to answer my questions. I had some delay in starting the help from their agency due to some things with my Fathers health but when I asked them to contact me in a few weeks to assess the situation and my timeline they did just that. I received another followup and started the process of signing on. My first and only Healthcare aide selected for my Father was a perfect match for my Father's needs and personality. My Coordinator was very responsive when it came to a schedule change. Having an agency that was so easy to work with, having a pleasant demeanor and caring attitude when it comes to looking for an agency/someone to care for an aging family member is such a wonderful feeling. I would highly recommend this agency to others and have already done so with friends.

I would say yes, we would recommend this community to other families for the most part. I do feel that the rent for the 5th floor apartment is kind of high. Otherwise it's a good community.

[name removed]is an absolute dynamo in the Caregiver industry. She is so dedicated to her clients and to all her caregivers. She takes the time to treat everyone like they deserve with love and care. I would not hesitate to hire Home Matters for my loved ones!

All the aides that came to the house were great. My husband's schedule varies every day. Tried three different 2-hour shifts to try and find the time that would work best for him. Because of his varied schedule, have had to put the service on pause until he can get a stable schedule. The first week of service was somewhat difficult because a different aide arrived every day. It took a lot of time each day to orient the aide to the house and his schedule. Our preference would be to have the same person or a maximum of two aides alternating shifts.

I’m so grateful for Home Matters! They took great care of our grandparent in such a time of need. Our family is thankful to know that we can trust Home Matters to be in our home and help our loved ones.

Caregiver does an excellent job taking care of my mom. They are a perfect match. Not only does she meet my mom's morning needs effectively, but she also starts her day with a smile, making my mom feel listened to and respected. If you ever need someone to care for your elderly family member, Accuaid Care is the place to go. The caregivers treat the elderly as if they were part of their own family. The communication among the caregivers to ensure proper care is outstanding. [name removed]is amazing; she always makes sure everyone is on time and is flexible with everyone’s needs. If I had to find a definition for "team," Accuaid Care would be a perfect example.
