[name removed]and her team are absolutely amazing. I have known Kristi for a few years now and she is absolutely top notch. They are ultra responsive, kind, and stay up to date on all of their technology to make them more efficient, and even save us some money!

We were about to engage Home Matters for my grandpa and suddenly he ended up having to go to a rehab facility they visited out of the goodness of their heart and on their own time. I was blown away. What exceptional people! I highly recommend Home Matters. They will not disappoint.

We are not actually customers yet. We've been living out of our home due to a house fire 10 months ago. ago. It looks like we won't be back in til February at which point we'll definitely become a part of the family. The interface here with community is excellent and they have kept in touch faithfully since our first contact this past summer. So our experience thus far has been a 5 without question.

5 for all. We have been satisfied so far. There has been a turnover, but the reason was understandable. We would recommend their services to other families and have already.

The staff are very quick to respond to assistance requests. The manager and staff are very friendly, but professional. Also, the caregivers are great.

When my brother got sick, our family was very concerned. Since he has no family members close by, we were uncertain as to the best way to provide him with the help he needed. Fortunately, we were helped by Seniors Helping Seniors. This company provides exceptional services. Everyone involved in taking care of my brother has exceeded our expectations. At every turn, they have gone above and beyond. The interaction between the caregiver, patient, and the aides is very caring and compassionate. The aides are tremendously helpful and infinitely patient. The company’s Patient Portal is excellent and allows a free flow of information and is updated daily. The owners are hands on and have personally contacted me to express concern and provide information. On one occasion, they accompanied my brother to his appointment. That was greatly appreciated especially because we live so far away and are unable to do so. In addition, both owners are retired military and can help navigate the complex VA

We have used Amity for years for both my mother and father in assisted living. In facilities, management changes come and go. Amity has allowed us to have consistent and best care through it all. Towards the end we chose Amity around the clock care that gave patient and family much appreciated support. Caregiving can be hard but knowing Amity was there for us meant everything. [name removed] and [name removed] worked what seemed effortlessly to meet our loved ones changing needs. To be able to have reliable support in a difficult situation is the gift of peace of mind. Something we could not have achieved on our own. They are like family to us and we will be forever grateful.

To whom it may concern I'm writing this commendation. For one of your staff members [name removed] since [name removed] has been one of the coordinators for for training home health AIDS I have seen more professionalism ,dedication and compassion. This insight that [name removed] has must have took years of training. Humility and compassion come from within she is someone to be emulated thank you home instead .

They seemed to care about the residents in the nursing home and we would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They keep in contact with family to see how things are going and if there is anything more they can do for your loved one. It has been a great experience.

5 on all - the initial contact was great; the person with whom I connected asked appropriate leading questions and gave me leeway to respond; the folks that sat with my mom were kind, caring and empathetic to her declining health and made every effort to engage with her. Mom was very complementary of the care givers; for where mom was on her physical journey the care givers did everything I expected; value.....peace of mind for me, knowing that someone was there for her helped eased my mind....worth every penny!!!!!

Excellent service. I have two wonderful caregivers and [name removed] the owner. Very caring and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would most definitely refer them. It was one of the places that had availability.

The person who did scheduling [name removed] was amazing she really tried hard to find caregivers that would match with my mother in law when regular staff called out. Unfortunately, there was time frame where a staff member kept calling out sick or not showing up. Once that person was released the staff places was amazing. [names removed] were very warm and caring. I know it's a hard job but I disliked how the turnaround was at the company. Once we liked someone they would leave. Apparently the staff didn't like the hours or wanted more and ABC did not provide a secure weekly job for them.

Mom is now in a nursing home and probably not going back to assisted living. Had no problem and everything was good.

I have had the best caretaker ever [name removed] as well as the many others who help out. In addition I find the owner easy to work with and diligent about making sure someone responsible and attentive is always there to care for my mom.

6 months ago, I had the WONDERFUL experience of dealing with an Accuaid home car. My mother, who is in Memory Care, had fallen and broken her hip. I am NOT from the area, living many states and a 3+ hour plane flight away. I was SO lucky to have accuaid home care recommended to me and then to have them 'jump in. They provided caregivers in the hospital for Mom on a round-the-clock basis, adjusting to the rather fluid schedule we were being given by the medical team. (from.. she'll be released tomorrow to.. not till Next week to... probably two days from now) No matter what I needed, caregiver provided it. I didn't want Mother by herself at all in the hospital. She was too disoriented. The caregivers assigned to me/her were wonderful. They understood dementia. They understood the confusion of being in the hospital and in pain. They understood when she was doing well, and identified QUICKLY that a new medication she had been given was not sitting well...

Amada has been fantastic so far. They help our mom 5 days per week with showers and making sure she doesn’t fall. They also makes sure the house is super clean. [name removed] always shows up on time. We could not be happier.

Owners are more than willing to work with you to fill your needs. Caregivers have always been very caring and helpful with suggestions
