The owners were exceptional and helped me out in a very difficult situation before we hired them . I talked to him on the phone to explain my situation and he showed up at the house within an hour .

I used Visiting Angels to sit with my Aunt, take her shopping, take her and her pets to various types of appointments. She was not able to drive and I lived in a different state. Great company and a great team!

All the staff took great care of my mom and helped around the house. My mom was very happy with their company too. They played games, walked outside, ran some errands. It was a huge help for our family.

We like that it is Friendly, convenient, and we would recommend Home Helpers to other families who may need their services.

I would say score of five on all seven of them. The only thing is sometimes they run short on staff and I'm not able to make it, but I understand the problem there. Yes, we would recommend them to other families, they're like friends now.

The caregiver they had [name removed] was awesome she was very helpful and friendly and would even call and check on them when she wasn't with them. They provide a variety of services and were not overly expensive like some are.

We can't say enough good thing's about this company, the owners and their staff. My mom fell broke a few of her bones and [name removed]was kind enough to meet my mom at the rehab center before she even went home. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Once mom was home we had a few different care givers but again each of them we kind, helpful, caring and compassionate. That is difficult to find in a post covid world. We have used at least 5 other companies for care and Unified Pledge has been the best. They showed they cared at every level. Even when I spoke to their office to schedule time. The staff was excellent. Thank you to everyone, especially, [name removed]and [name removed]whom I dealt with most of the time. An incredible family owned company with a wonderful staff. Thank you to all.

For the brief time I had Interim for my Dad, I was very happy with them. [name removed], the caregiver, was so awesome. My dad really enjoyed her and she, him. She went above and beyond in her care and compassion. The owner was very professional and helped me so much in finding the right person in her facility that would connect with my dad. I really liked them and appreciated all That they did.

We could not be happier with the attendant assigned to my father. She has fulfilled the tasks that we have asked of her & then some. It gives me comfort knowing that my father is in good & caring hands. Thank you so much [name removed]!!

The care we’ve received has been outstanding! I would highly recommend this company. The caregivers feel like part of the family, while being very professional. When subs are needed, they’ve been assigned quickly. Communication is clear.

Caregiver is awesome! She is caring and interacts. Very happy with the supervisor who has called every few weeks to find out how things are going. I would highly recommend Home Instead. Very easy to get things set up.
