The care provided to my sister in law was excellent, especially the care provided by [name removed]. She was engaging, compassionate and cognizant of my SIL's needs. [name removed] was outstanding and the schedulers were always helpful of schedule changes, if necessary. Thank you all!

I like the people that I'm working with. They hire excellent people, they take care of anything. They cook, bathe him, and sometimes they wash the clothes. I only have a situation, but if they made sure the client understood everything in the contract. They are above and beyond.

We are satisfied with our caregivers. I like that the office staff didn't push anything onto us. They didn't make us take more help than what we wanted. I am a love one of a client that has dementia with behaviors. The workers that come into my house to take care of her have been great. They have tried to pair her with workers that older to work with her and try to keep her with just 2 specific workers so she doesn’t get really confused.

I greatly appreciate the personalized assistance. They even followed up when they weren't being used. Very caring and sincerely tried to help. My dad wanted to stay home and they offered home services. The coordinator worked day and night to find the right person to care for him and the nurse supervisor was very empathetic

I would definitely recommend A Place for Mom, to anyone that has a loved one that needs care and wants to be at home. Having a mother with Alzheimer's myself, and being her caregiver. I know how important it is to have the right person with your loved one. I was informed by others that I trust that the organization was a good one.

HomeWell staff is the perfect match for our needs. I was growing desperate to find in-home care for my mother. I scheduled for a vacation and was unsure if a family would be able to help. I made contact with HomeWell, advised them of my situation and they came to the rescue. The did a in-home assessment in the event my family did not come through. They were on-call just in case. It worked out, my family member did come through but it was the relief that I needed that I would have a vacation. At this point, HomeWell are the providers of home care for my mom. The caregivers have kind and supportive. I am so glad and happy for their help.

Always available to help when needed. [name removed] takes excellent care of my brother. The house is spotless when we come back home as a bonus. Highly recommend them to take care of your love one when you can't.

When my wife's health required numerous hospital visits over a short 10 week period we needed follow up home therapy to help guide her back to her normal strength and confidence. Griswold’s staff is caring, interested and helpful. I always know what is happening. The caregivers keep me in the loop about how they feel mom is doing and she is very happy with them, as am I. We established a routine that works well for all of us. They are only too happy to do any tasks I have given them thus far.

Finding the proper care for our love ones when we arent available is a difficult decision. So many things to consider but most importantly the fact that we trusting a lil piece of our heart I to other hands. The Agency has worked beyond to make sure my mom gets the care she needs. Hiring Steadfast Caregivers to take care of my Dad when he transitioned from hospitalization and rehab to living at home was one of my best decisions.
