Senior Helpers was fantastic. They were very responsive and kept me up-to-date. Communication was perfect. The professionalism and caring from the assistance was way more than I expected. They were top notch. My mom passed away in January. In the week leading up to her death, I had to request someone to stay with her throughout the night. They accommodated that on short notice.

My overall is a 10. Higher than a 5. [name removed] incredibly engaged. Works w family and patient in an understanding and knowledgeable manner. [name removed] was phenomenal with my mom. Listened. Firm but caring n understanding. Very atune to my moms needs and supported and adjusted to her

They were so friendly-the owner came and spoke to both my mom and me at the nursing home she was in. They were also fine with me using another service in tandem with them. Also, any time I need extra help-they are right there with help and always call me back when I call them.-I would recommend them. They have been great!!

I've had a pretty good experience with Home Instead. They have been flexible with my crazy schedule and sent some good aides - not all were a good fit for me, but they were all nice women, hard-working women. They have been very pleasant to deal with - the agency and the Home Care Pros. I would recommend them to others who need similar help.

Cornerstone care giving provided care for my neighbor who has dementia, they went above and beyond to provide great care, the staff is very friendly and professional, Even a schedule confusion on the husbands side was covered in 30 min. I highly recommend this company.

There are a lot of options but I immediately felt comfortable with [name removed]. She was attentive from the very beginning and helped us get the right person in place for our Grandmother. We had awful experiences prior and I wish we went with this agency from the start. From the time we met with [name removed] to the time care was set up was just two days. The individuals that came to his house and took care of my dad were excellent. Any time I had a question , I would call and get answers quickly and efficiently. It would give me a break which I desperately needed. They were flexible and he really enjoyed having different people to talk to! I am forever grateful for these services that allowed him to stay in his own home until he passed.

They were helpful and responsive. When one of the caregivers was not a got fit personality wise, they quickly found a replacement that was-no problem. Billing was straightforward. They were easy to schedule with and adapted to our needs.
