The aides were very helpful for my wife's needs and she had good talks with them

Needed help for my Mom and they came to the rescue. Worked with the family on the plan of care making room for family input. Really caring caregivers. Thank you guys for uplifting my mom. The caregivers showed a genuine compassion for my mom’s feelings.

The "sales rep" for lack of a better term, was very helpful and knowledgeable laying out what they provide. The scheduling staff work to match compatibility with the caregivers. That goes far toward making it a good experience. While the rates are scaled. You do get the best rate with a 12 hour weekly schedule.

They are in regular contact with me letting me know if anything is changing at my mom's house in any concerns I should be aware of. They are very easy to reach and responsive when I call. The caregivers have been excellent, even when the clients have made a challenging. I'm truly thankful

We chose a caregiver for my Mom at night for a few days so that I could have some respite care. The gal that came was very knowledgeable and took care of Mom wonderfully. She dressed her, toileted her, showered her, gave meds, and made sure she ate. My mom really liked her.

I think the whole staff has been great to work with. Initial onboarding was professional and they walked me through the process with care and empathy being my 1st time dealing with home care. Onboarding manager really tried to understand my parents personality to get the best person into help, and she has been a good partner for my mom.

[name removed] and A Place for Mom were just incredible to work with. We knew very little about what we needed or what to do with my father after his major surgery. [name removed] was incredibly helpful and friendly and never ever seemed like she was "selling us" anything. I'm grateful to get connected with them and know that she is there whenever we need help. A++++!

We have been a client of Amada Senior Care for the past 6 years and we are so thrilled with the job they have done. Our mom has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and its later stage. Amada’s staff comes daily to assist our mom with everything and they to an excellent job. Their people have been great! Hire them with confidence.

5 out of 5. I cannot rate Amada highly enough. [name removed] is a force of nature. The others in the office are all great in their own way and are compassionate and understanding. Not everything worked perfectly, but my father-in-law's situation and needs were constantly changing, and Amada worked with us and adapted with us. We would hire them again in a heartbeat should the need ever arise.

5 on all of the above. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. The staff paid good attention to my needs and did their best to connect me with someone that would be a good match. When my worker kept calling out, the staff really tried to get coverage for me, but I declined. Comfort Keepers is a great organization. It wasn't the company's fault at all.

They work to accommodate individual needs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They treat you like family which is great. Definitely would recommend to others.

What we like the most about Arcadia Home Care is that they a re easy to contact, helpful, getting the right placement for my sister. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families.

The owner was so helpful and came to our house to meet with my siblings and dad and I three times. He helped us set up a good program for our dad and helped us get the veterans discount. The women who did the scheduling /managers were very helpful and accommodating. Our dad declined very quickly and we started hospice after a brief hospital stay and required more support for him. This was put in place immediately. He passed after just one week in hospice here in my home. All of our caregivers were wonderful and kind and skilled. My dad was shy and they understood that. He was a brave soldier and it was hard for him to accept help at first. I enjoyed visiting with the caregivers and [name removed]was very helpful in knowing when my dad needed to go to the hospital. All of them deserve a "5" as do the owner and managers.

Home Instead service was very much appreciated. However as my Aunts needs changed, Home Instead was not as flexible as I needed them to be.

The administrative staff was excellent. The assistance in getting care and financing that care was remarkable. I know it is hard to find responsible employees. Of the several that we had, the the service was acceptable. We had one caretaker, however, who was absolutely excellent. I think the key is to have a caretaker that is consistent and regular in attendance. A very very helpful aspect of Right at Home was its ability to advise and assist with the legalities of setting up Home Care

Senior Helpers was a great service. Their dispatcher is easy to contact, and their staff coordinate closely with the central office so there is accountability. The staff really got to know my dad and everyone was very friendly and seemed like they cared.
