When my mom broke her hip at 75 years old, she had to stay at a skilled nursing facility for a few weeks. Home instead came to meet her, assess her abilities, and set her up for in-home care. They were friendly, kind, and patient as she discussed her needs. With their help, she was so happy to be in her own house, and everyday someone came to help her. Whether it was to take a shower, prepare meals, or clean house, the aide provided support. As she improved, she reduced days and hours. It’s nice to know we can use this service again if help is needed.

[name removed] and [name removed] are an unbearable team. They work hard to find the right group to take care of my mom. They were able to start right away and even able to add 24-hour care for my dad following a lengthy hospital stay. They are the only licensed group of the more than half dozen that I contacted.

I will tell you my story..... I live in Florida and was planning to spend the summer in swan valley Idaho. My husband has Alzheimer's. Your company gave me some caregiver names when I called in the spring. No one was interested in traveling an hour to the job. So I went out with no help lined up. After about 6 weeks I was about to come back to Florida because I had no help. Some one suggested Cornerstone. I called in desperation the administrator was about the nicest person I ever met. Every person was wonderful. I did have a couple of caregivers what were not the best but the one we ended with was wonderful. It's a hard business but I was quite happy with Cornerstone.

All answers are five. And I very much mean that you guys are great. We would Absolutely without question recommend these services to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Your employees made it very comfortable. They were efficient, kind and very caring

[name removed] and [name removed] are exceptional. [name removed] can read my mind and anticipates my needs. My caregivers and staff of Home Instead are wonderful people. I am very happy with the service. My caregivers assist with meals, showers, take care of my dogs and encourage exercise and walking. They also provide medication reminders, assist me with my technology, ordering groceries and provide great companionship. [name removed] is especially patient with me.

At first, we got too many different caregivers, but within a few weeks, things stabilized, and we have had a consistent group. The caregivers vary. They are all OK, but some are always doing something--cleaning, laundry, chatting up Mom, etc. Others spend a lot of time looking at their phones. All and all, Home Instead exceeds my expectations.

They have been willing to work with my mom and have taken care of my dad. He is the one receiving the care.

My caregiver,[name removed], from Homewatch has been and continues to be a wonderful help to me. She is very dedicated to Glenn and has a great relationship with him. She is helpful to the staff at [name removed] and is attuned to his good days and days that are not so good. I depend upon her helpfulness, dedication to her patient and her always positive attitude. I would highly recommend their services.

I would rate Visiting Angels as a 5 in all 5 of these categories. From the very beginning of the engagement we had great experiences with everyone from Visiting Angels. My Father looked forward to the twice weekly visitations and the help he received. The only reason we ended the service was because my parents decided my Father needed additional care that they felt would best be provided in an Assisted Living community which is where he is at now.

The overall experience gets a 5 after going through two to begin with that did not work out. We wish they could perform nurse duties, example changing ostomy bags. Some are great, some need more experience. I'm very glad that we have long term insurance to help pay for the companions. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families and I have done so already.

If this is where the home health aides came from, we only had them in briefly - but they were very compassionate and helpful. We only had two: one the evening she flew in, and one the next morning for 5 hours.

They were good to find a great caregiver to bind well and meet the needs of my family. Friendly and courteous.

The staff are very friendly especially [name removed]. We like their ability to move dates and response time. [name removed] was almost always available to help me schedule. [name removed] the PCA is awesome, would definitely hire again

Bear in mind that my sister-in-law [name removed] is the client (and my brother [name removed]), not me. Most responses here are based on what she has told me. The staff is amazing. They really care about their clients/patients. They make every effort to help in any way they can, including being flexible with their hours of care. [name removed] seems to be very experienced with helping with P/T.

What we like the most about their services is that the staff is very prompt in responding to texts and phone calls. When one of their staff calls in they try very hard to find a replacement.

It is a local company so you have admin and others who are sensitive to community. Because the company is small there can be frequent rotation of shifts however the admin is willing to work with the client and family members for the best fit. My mother is a very tough customer and they have dealt with us and her in a compassionate and professional manner and for that I see them as a great choice for local families.

The whole program was great to work with and easy to set up. Thank you! Just wish we could have used it longer. Everyone was very personable, helpful, and understanding.

Worked well while we needed it, but eventually only needed house cleaning. Very friendly and accommodating. [name removed] was a hard worker that didn't like to be idle.

The communication was always good when it came to the caregiver showing up, sometimes if they changed shifts, it wasn't always notified, but overall the care was great when it came to my mom there was no complaint.
