We thought it was a little expensive but talking to sister they were in the ballpark. Yes, we would recommend this home care services to other families. The people were very good and every now and then they check on me

Very personable and responsive owners/administrators. Their staff were always willing to help, even if my dad was not always willing to receive help. We would without hesitation recommend BrightStar Care to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Avid Health Care Solutions had caregivers staff that came to our house to care for my "late" husband during the last 7 months of his life. They helped feeding manually and also used the feeding tube for him. They had. good experience as a whole. The people and caregivers were friendly. The quality of care was great. The administrative staff answered phone calls and emails on a timely manner. It was rather expensive at $[fee removed] per hour

They can do just about anything, we customized it to my mom's plan and what I needed in my life to help with the stress of keeping her at home. Cuz, although, we all want our parents to stay home, this [profanity removed] is hard and Home Instead has given me just the right amount of help to make life easier for everyone

Assisting Hands was incredible. Their immediate response saved my husband and me from total exhaustion & from putting my brother in a facility. Would give them the highest marks on any survey!

They are good and what we like the most about Senior Helpers is how friendly they are. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I am grateful that on relatively short notice, HomeWell was able to find overnight caregivers to stay with my spouse while I traveled. And that the caregivers could follow the somewhat complicated instructions to monitor him overnight. Luckily there were no incidents and all went smoothly. The peace of mind was priceless.

5 on all. The only problem we had is they kept sending young women. My husband would not let them take him to the bathroom. We had asked for a man or an older woman. I am looking to find someone again because I still need someone that can take him to the bathroom so I can be gone for longer periods of time. My mom lives in our guest house so she can watch him for short periods of time but of course she can't take him to the bathroom.

Caregivers are really cooperative and will do anything to help; services are whatever you contract for; owners are involved and handle all administration, but struggled with splitting the bill between the VA and long term care insurance.

The facility owners [names removed]are both fabulous. They keep me informed of any issues and are a pleasure to work with. [name removed] caregivers [names removed] are both very nurturing and [name removed]loves them. I recently had to start 24 hour care for [name removed] and have not met the new caregivers. I would recommend senior helpers to any family looking for great caregivers

I've had the most awesome experience with Cornerstone. Everyone is so caring and friendly from the management to the caregivers. I was uncomfortable about people coming into my home. That all changed when I met [name removed] and the team at Cornerstone. They were very caring and professional,I felt taken care of. I was so impressed that I told others about their company. All my apprehension went away thank you Cornerstone!

Our caregiver, [name removed], is amazing. She helps my mom with all of the daily tasks and at the same time treats are with dignity and respect and as a friend.
