They are very understanding and reliable. Our parents were reluctant to accept the help and company but they manage to gain acceptance. I also appreciate the care and willingness to go an extra mile for our folks.

They have great communication with the family. They did a great job for the very short time we used them.

What we like most about Home Instead - Athens is their availability, helpfulness, working within our schedule. What they could improve on would be their administrative consistency

Everyone was extremely helpful to me during a very stressful time. All caregivers were gentle,kind and knowledgeable. They became family. I would ask for them in the future if I needed more service. All of my questions regarding service and finances were promptly and courteously answered.

It's a relief to have someone ask what your needs are and then connect you with the right people.

They were very attentive in getting started, helping us find a good match in caregivers and listening to our needs for home help. Highly recommend!

I would give a 5 for all categories. I had one issue that got resolved. It had more to do with the caregiver. She was great but a bit pushy when it came to business. And on the very day my dad died, she started to triangulate my relationship with BrightStar by negotiating with my aged mother to be hired by us privately. Turns out she was a last minute 3rd party hire from an agency BrightStar turns to in a pinch. As a caregiver she's great. But she certainly pushes when it comes to business. My contact was [name removed] and she was great. Very responsive with communication and documentation. Same for business mgr [name removed].

Very responsive to any issues. Went above & beyond providing care with compassion. Head nurse was fantastic.

We used Assisting Hands in north Austin for my mother's care to help following her being discharged after surgery. The caregivers that worked with us were absolutely wonderful! They were so compassionate and we felt so safe to know my mom was in good hands.

What we like the most about Home Instead is the flexibility of the schedule, especially when my Mom was in and out of the hospital/rehab. The ladies adjusted to my Mom's needs in daily chores, making food, and keeping her comfortable in her home, so she could stay at home. Meant a lot to her and to the family.

We were lucky with our caregiver. She was great! I would recommend their services to others looking for home care.

The representative came to my parents' house. My dad likes his caretaker, but it was made clear to us that if the relationship did not work out, they would send other people until we found one he liked. We lucked out that he liked the first one.

What we like the most about Just-In Home Care is that she did the tasks that my mother specifically wanted her to do. She needed someone to clean her house and run some errands. Yes, I would recommend their services!

What we like the most about HomeWell Care Services is the freedom it gave me to spend time with my husband during his last days. They even helped me with laundry. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. During a difficult time HomeWell Care helped me bring my husband, [name removed], home from the hospital. The doctor said he needed 24 hour care and not by me. I don't regret anything except his ultimate death. I'm so grateful for the time I was able to spend with him at the end.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with this home care service. Their caregivers are reliable, punctual, and always put the needs of their clients first. Again I need service -Thank you so much

The owner is hands on, he conducted the initial assessment and was very thorough.

5 for all & any issues get resolved & they all work hard to make sure care is priority! It is some times struggle if a caregiver is off for illness to cover but I think that is staffing anywhere! The owner is always available if needed for support.

[name removed] is excellent. If there was an issue with an aide or scheduling etc... she fixed it. She is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. She personally works with you to find the best care for your loved one. Caregivers all have their own personalities ad are compassionate. Overall the experience was very positive. I would use them again if needed.

Some things that I most liked about Seniors Helping Seniors was how kind, compassionate, caring and easy to talk to their staff were. The caregiver that was matched up with my mom seemed like a perfect fit, (even though I never got to meet her caregiver in person). Since I was a long distance from my mom, they were also great at communicating with me any issues or concerns they had via a phone call or email. I particularly liked how they used what they called a "Family Living Room" portal, where I could log in and see all comments that her caregiver had made for that day and a checklist too. It gave me a sense of knowing how Mom was doing even though I was over 400 miles away. When my mom moved to a senior care facility, I no longer received this kind of regular communication that I received from Seniors Helping Seniors.

My Grandma was always a person that took care of herself and her home. It saddens me to know that she's not able to do those things for herself anymore. I have never seen my Grandma room out of control like I did this past week. My plans were to spend the weekend with her do laundryand clean her room. God has shined on us with an amazing HHA her name is [name removed]and she likes her , you have to have a good spirit to vibe with my Granny cause she can sense those bad vibes a block away. I employed by a certain hospital and will put in some reviews when an agency is recommended. Everything looks clean and orderly and I will definitely make sure that she doesn't have another fit and tear that room up like that. Now I can plan something else for us to do together this weekend.
