I highly recommend Home Instead in State College PA. My mom still lives on her own, but her caregiver is employed by Home Instead and she is wonderful. Management is wonderful as well.

[name removed] is not very friendly. [names removed] receive top ratings from my family. [name removed] is very quick to respond with schedule updates as well as notes to caregivers. We already recommended Home Instead to a family member and they utilized your services as well.

I was very satisfied with Home care professionals. They were there when I needed them. Their employees were great. They were very good to my dad.

My family has never had such good care from any Agency in Austin! The owner who is a nurse provided us with a very well trained caregiver, who has been a wonderful part of our family team to care for our parents. Professional, caring and amazing care. I highly recommend hiring Golden Heart! We tried so many other agencies here in Austin. They sent young inexperienced caregivers — a new one daily who were late, no shows. The owner is amazing and visits regularly to ensure our patents safety. We love the team!

I'm very pleased with the people I'm working with from Northwest Healthcare. The lady that's taking care of my mom is phenomenal she's a wonderful person very professional and very kind to my mom. My mom gets along with her really well. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Yes, I would recommend their services to others. Each person needs to make sure IF there is continuity with the caregiver for the duration of time they need help! Make sure the same caregiver continues for as long as they need the service I had encountered with some agencies, a switch will be made in the care givers

I can’t say enough wonderful things about A Care Connection. From the very first phone call, their team was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the right caregiver for my mother. The process was smooth and personalized—they took the time to understand our specific needs and matched us with a caregiver who has become like family. My mother feels safe, supported, and more independent thanks to the incredible care she receives each day. The communication with the office has also been excellent—they are always quick to respond and address any questions or changes. I’m so grateful we found A Care Connection. They’ve brought peace of mind to our entire family.

All of these were a 5. Home instead was easy to work with and sent great staff. They were impressive. They had a list of potential services, we could pick and choose what was necessary. For example- oral care. They provided a daily sheet of what was done. My mother was a difficult patient. She resented needing help. They were wonderful with her.

Home Instead filled a need for me when I needed help caring for my sister. I take care of her 24/7 as she has dementia. Overall I liked their services and would recommend them to others.

Our caretakers really took the time to get to know [name removed]. He was very worried about having strangers in the home when we couldn't be there, and we were nervous about that too. We couldn't have been more pleased with the kindness of everyone. He began to look forward to seeing them :) they were also amazing at keeping us all up to date everyday so we knew all about his day or night when we couldn't be there. It was a relief to be able to have that support when [name removed] and I needed a break or had to be at work.

I reached out to Amada to discuss services for my dad- and they were wonderful! Ama, the office manager, was very helpful and enthusiastic about answering all of my questions. [name removed]met with me face to face which was refreshing because he is the owner and knew all the ins and outs of what I needed! He even discussed LTC insurance claims and since my dad is a Veteran, he helped with the Aid and Attendance benefit to help with costs. I highly recommend Amada Senior Care.

It made my Dad stay in Hospice so much easier. He was less agitated because he was home where he wanted to be and the services were very helpful to my Mother as well.

What we like most about their services is the Communication, Qualitied care givers and Compassion. Our family member was on hospice and actually passed away while one of the staff was with her. It was very difficult for that person. Interim HealthCare sent us a sympathy card. The memory care facility did not.

I referred Home Instead to my sister in Washington. She is suffering from serious depression and needed ADL support and personal engagement. She had 3 different helpers over several months and thought they were all fantastic. They helped her with basic needs and companion and assisted in her transition to a senor living community. They kept in touch with me as well,as I am out of state. I would highly recommend them for any needs they seem quite flexible.
