We expected that assistance would be much longer. But after just a few days, complications had put us in a position of returning to rehab/nursing care. The personnel assignment had yet to be made, but the two aides that each came for 2 days did what was asked/expected of them. We were very pleased and actually felt bad that we needed to end the contract. If needed in future, we will be contacting Home Instead.

My dad is getting awesome care thru home instead and I would recommend them highly! My dad’s aide is punctual and he looks forward to seeing her every week. His RN has handled is complicated med list with ease and is on top of things!

They are very concerned with matching the caregiver with the client. We tried a few and have found a great match. My Mom absolutely adores her caregiver and is impressed with all the things she does.

My mother is 102 but still very mentally sound and physically mobile. Griswald has been very helpful in getting mom to her hair appointments and keeping her company. They have helped her sort out closets and done small chores the mom doesn’t always feel up to doing such as taking the trash can down the drive on trash day. Griswald has been very good about keeping me informed about changes in the care givers schedule and willing to help cover the gaps if needed. We have been happy to have them assisting in Mom’s care.

Nice there is an organization to get others started with caring for mother or friends. Hourly rates would be better for those on fixed income. Also, connect people with senior citizens centers. Financial assistance may become an added feature.

Most of the caregivers were very knowledgeable and very caring. Of course we had our favorites. [name removed]was excellent and went over and beyond to care for my dad. They were also very responsive after hours and weekends when we needed to talk with someone.

We could not be more satisfied with the caring, patient and professional service provided by Senior Helpers of Myrtle Beach. Our care coordinator [name removed] made the process stress-free. The caregiver, [name removed] fit right in and continues to impress us with every visit.

We have had 3 caregivers on our short notice to find someone. We have found the perfect caregiver. She comes 3 afternoons a week and helps with personal care, catheter, bedding and even light housekeeping! We are very happy with Guardian Home Care!

Very reliable and dependable caregiver services. Caregivers are polite and friendly. They listen to your needs and concerns and try to fulfill them in an efficient manner. The owner will interview the patient and make sure all rules and guidelines are presented. An assessment will be made and a plan of service formulated.

My sister ([name removed]) has had several good caregivers. She’s had success with changing her care schedule as needed. She tends to prefer certain people as she gets to know them. So it will be interesting to see if she will be able to request particular caregivers as time goes on. So far so good. I would recommend this business thus far into their service of her. We’ve used Visiting Angels for a few family members and both times the agency and caregivers alike have been exceptional. My loved ones felt heard, seen, and cared about. And all without feeling. They had lost independence. If I had need of the service again, Visiting Angels would be my first choice.

Our sweet caretakers have all been amazing and so wonderful with my mother and family! We are so blessed. My mom often states, “ She is a breath of life I needed to put a pep in my step!” My mom says this is just the person she needed! God answered our prayer for someone for our mom. I feel confident when she is there when I can’t be. It’s a great company!

Home Instead helped me so much with my 91 year old Mother. One of our from the Agency was so terrific with my Mom. Mom needed assistance with the bathroom mostly. She was having trouble walking. Her aide was terrific. I have no negatives with Home Instead.

We have had Sr Helpers of Corona here twice so far in our new life with our mom. Coming from out of state, [name removed] has been so understanding and quick to find help on short notice. Both experiences were such a blessing. The caregivers are wonderful with our mom and eager to help with other household tasks.

Were searching for a service that would allow an older friend to stay in his home. No longer being able to drive we needed immediate solutions. Cornerstone and their staff have been a blessing. My friend adjusted nicely to staffs help and enjoys their company. Gives all of peace of mind knowing they are looking out for our friend.

My father needed home care this summer. We turned to Synergy for help. They did an excellent job and we were happy with the service. [name removed], the community liaison, was kind and very helpful. We did not know what to accept but [name removed]was very helpful answering all of our questions. The home aide was professional and fully qualified. I would recommend them to friends and family.
