They are great to work with. They found a perfect person to help my Mom. The Caregiver is very caring. My mom is happier than she has been in 5 years.. I have to work a full time job with only weekends to help Mom other than doctor appointments. Now I can do more fun times than work all week end.

I first met the Acasa on a holiday weekend when, after calling quite a few similar organizations and receiving very polite brushoffs, I reached [name removed] who just came out and helped me. That led to a conversation about Acasa and what they could do ongoing to help me. [name removed] explained that I needed to look into a slightly different service, which I did with my Doctor. It was almost a year before my Doctor recommended the services Acasa provides. I was asked if I had any preferences, and, of course chose Acasa. It's been a while now and of course we naturally had a couple of bumps, mostly my idiosyncrasies, but Acasa is totally solution focused. Every bump has been quickly resolved. In short, both management and caregivers are dedicated to my wellbeing twenty four hours a day.

One thing in today’s world, is you never get a real person to have your concerns heard! With Home Instead I’ve always gotten a real person to answer my concerns or questions I needed answered. Very professional and personal concern for the clients well being is always their priority. I would recommend Home Instead as a good company to take care of your loved one!

Home Helpers of Tarpon Springs has been a huge help to me. Initially I needed eleven hours a day and then cut back to six hours a day - seven days a week - and presently still have this much needed help. They have been heaven sent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this assistance. The questions asked and the conversation that followed truly had the concerns of our family for our mom at the center. In a follow up phone call the whole family shared my opinion. Details shared were clear regarding contracted care and financial cost. [name removed] spent time allowing each family member to share what they saw as crucial to a successful pairing of a companion. The next week we met the lady paired with my mom. She’s energetic and upbeat- willing to do all she can to make this a positive experience. My mom, on the other hand was resistant and a little angry at her children deciding she needed help. We’re now in the third visit with mama’s companion and mama has been won over! She’s eating better and even has gotten outside for a walk.

Could not ask for better, receiving what we where looking for. Would recommend this agency to everyone I know, we are very pleased with them. Keep up the good job. Thank you for all your help..

Home Helpers has been amazing helping my mom with the care of my dad. [name removed] and [name removed] always answer my calls and if we need to change the schedule or get more help, they’re always on top of it. They are amazing and have been a big source of comfort.

I am disabled and asked for-help in rearranging kitchen cabinets and bookshelves in library. Both projects were completed- professional competency and kind courtesy by the woman assigned to my project. She decided the time (1hour) to drive one way from her house to mine was too much and didn’t want to continue.

Each caregiver kept us informed by sending us a daily summary of activities. Caregivers showed genuine interest in my mother's wellbeing. They talked and interacted with mom, made shure she took her meds, made her meals and went outside helping her to check on her plants.

I contacted Amada Bucks/Montgomery with a real challenge: find caregivers for a month of every-other-day visits, just 2 weeks out front of the first visit. They came through like champs, filling every slot. The caregivers were uniformly excellent and helpful. Strongly recommend; in fact I just contacted them for another set of visits.
