My mom had a stroke and so needed a lot of daily help. She also developed dementia. Senior Helpers were amazing. The care givers were the best and only those who were familiar with the disease and how to approach the patients were sent. My mom got close to a few of her caregivers and saw them as real friends. The company is very compassionate, professional, they are very quick to respond to any needs or concerns you may have. I highly recommend.

Despite having a surge of demands for their services, they were able to work us in for their services, even when we required help seven days a week! When my wife was in need of a hospital bed, they recommended a hospice called Compassus to us which greatly helped her last days before departing.

We had a few others and then my friend got her current care giver. She has been awesome to work with. She takes my friend, wherever she needs to go. Feeds the dogs, takes walks with my friend, does breakfast, lunch and dinner, just to name a few. I can’t imagine anyone being better. So very thankful for her.

I've had Interim HealthCare for about 3 months and they are amazing. Caring people who are have my best interest in heart and check on me on days they don't work with me. They have been a godsend and don't know how I would have made it without them. It's tough getting older with decline Mobility, pain and arthritis. They make it so much better for me and show me ways to have more strength and abilities. I caregivers are good at what they do, always Pleasant and helpful.

Comfort Keepers provided the care I needed for my husband with dementia. The two different caregivers were completely different in age and experience and each contributed the care that my husband responded well to. A dementia patient can be a handful but they handled it well. I would definitely recommend this agency and would call on them again if needed in the future.

We were very impressed with First Light. They are very responsive and caring. The owner of the company, came to us for a home visit within a day of our reaching out to them to set up services for my mother, as she returned home from rehab and in need of support for her Parkinson's condition. They were accommodating schedule wise, and worked really hard to find the right fit for my mother and her care. The owner explained how they trained and vetted their caregivers and the women we met were knowledgeable, compassionate and lovely. We were very impressed with the owner of First Light and her team. Each time a new caregiver was assigned, she brought them to us personally to make the introduction and facilitate the conversation so that each transition went smoothly, making sure my mother felt comfortable. She would then follow up to make sure there was a good fit and connection between my mother and her caregiver.

Firstlight went over and above to help us out with our needs. They were very accommodating, treated my family member with care and compassion, and were very kind to everyone else involved. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Very helpful on finding help for my brother who is rather a difficult personality snd was living in a mess. Seems to be working well. He needs help with housekeeping and some meal preparation. Does not ever leave his house. Limited in ability to walk.

Overall good experience. One aide did not work out but replacement arrangements quickly made. Happy with the aide provided and would have her again. Fast and effective interface with customer. Thank you.
