It's nice knowing you got somebody there sitting with you. In case you in case I couldn't make it to the phone to call for help. The person has a very good personality.

I would recommend them for simplicity in arranging care. The caregivers assigned to for our needs were personable and professional. Having that level of care given by caregivers makes all the difference when trusting someone with your family members needs.

The siblings feel that Mom and Dad are able to stay in the home due to careful monitoring. The days we are not with our parents we know they are in safe capable hands. The caregivers see to their needs in a caring way.

There were four family members and the operating director of Cornerstone, who met at our home at three p.m. on [date removed] to find out more about Cornerstone, the services they provide, qualifications of staff, other resources they might know of. Home Instead provided excellent services customized to our individual needs. The staff were professional, knowledgeable of individual needs based on diagnosis and able to adjust accordingly to difficult situations.

I used a care giver to help me recover from 3 injuries. All of my caregivers were caring, helpful, and courteous. They did whatever I asked of them. This included personal care, cooking cleaning and doing laundry. I would certainly hire them again if I need care

We needed help with our brother who was on oxygen & taking dialysis. He was pretty much bed ridden . The short time we used your services was a good experience.Regretfully he wasn’t with us very long once we required help.

All of the caregivers that have been sent out to take care of our loved one have treated him with respect and kindness. We've never had an issue with somebody not showing up and the 24-hour care has been great. Thank you very much to everyone including the administrative staff that checks in periodically.

I’ve been caring for my bed ridden wife since the beginning of the year and I needed professional help. I was able to contact A Place For Mom and they eased my burden of caring for my wife. They were really good with her!

When our mother suddenly fell ill and became incapacitated, A Place For Mom came to the rescue and within 48 hours were able to provide 24 hour care and support. The caregivers were wonderful and supportive, not only for mother, but for us.

Our care person [name removed] was always very prompt in getting back to me and reliable. She always helped out when we needed extra hours to make sure we had coverage when we needed. She was friendly and reassuring and easy to talk to. [name removed]always took the time to try and match the right companion with my parents. Thank you !

Synergy is definitely interested in the best care for the client and communicating with family. If we have any issues at all, we just have to contact them and they get back to us and usually solve the issue quickly.

Americare was very good with my husband who has Parkinson’s. They helped with his bathing twice a week. They also helped with laundry and household chores. It was such a blessing to have someone come in who genuinely cared. I would definitely give their name to any family needing help caring for a loved one.

Their prices are reasonable. Our care worker is an AWESOME and very helpful. There have been some turn overs in staff which has caused some concerns. When I call the office they are willing to listen and help with my questions. There have been a few problems with billing however I think it has been worked out.
