What we like the most about their services is that they are very accommodating and the staff have a very quick response time. Yes, we would recommend Right At Home to other families based on the experience.

When I chose A Place For Mom, it was a good fit for the short amount of time she was home from rehab, and then she went back into the hospital. The care manager and the staff assigned to my mom were lovely. When she came back home she required more hands on and more then the agency could provide.

my mom was on hospice and needed a lot of of care. They were the only place that was able to get there the next day and work with all the demands my mom needed. Unfortunately, she passed away the day they were supposed to come, but I would hire them over and over again if I needed them. Very responsive to needs and time constraints.

The agency has been responsive to our family requests. The staff have all been professional and kind to my mother. There is always communcaton between the office and home care staff. I can always call and check the status of my mom when I leave.

My husband has been very happy with the caregivers sent to our home. Thay have always been friendly and helpful taking him places he wanted to go. We don't have any complaints. The caregivers use their own vehicle as we only have 1 vehicle that is ours. They have not seemed to mind at all.

Home Helpers of Dallas is truly wonderful! Taylor is by far the best caregiver my husband has ever had!! I highly recommend them!! I could not see any way they could improve. We are so blessed to have them help us!!

The staff at Senior Promise is caring, thorough , and effective. When we had an expected emergency, we suddenly had a need for extra care outside our usual times. The staff stepped up and found providers to meet our needs. I highly recommend this service company.

Senior Key Care was a great agency to work with during my Mom's recovery. Their professional staff placed a perfectly matched individual to help with her day to day needs. The staff was flexible with our appointments and always easy to contact. They made sure my Mom knew that they were not there to take away her independence, but there to assist her during recovery. I wanted my mother to get established with First Light, as she has moderate dementia, and I thought that if she were established the transition as she progresses would be easier. All three of the ladies that came to the house weekly over a few months were tremendous. We did stop service, but it had absolutely nothing to do with the services that were provided. When the time comes, I will certainly resume services with First Light.

I started using the services of Cornerstone in [date removed]. So far we’ve had a positive experience. I needed a caregiver to help me with my mother. So far, the caregivers have been very friendly and accommodating to my mother’s needs. Thank you!

My mom with dementia needs help with hygienic tasks but is combative. My dad was able to have FirstLight come for several weeks (one day a week) on a trial basis. The nurse did arrive and tried to convince my mother to wash. The nurse was patient and kind, and mostly she and mom talked about "old times." Although the nurse was ultimately unsuccessful in convincing mom to bathe, my dad is willing to try again later. He really enjoyed the reprieve that the nurse provided. The FirstLight policy of pay-as-you-go (instead of signing up for a months-long policy) was perfect in this case.

Always Best Care took good care of us. I was pleased with the level of attention we received. I am thankful that they were able to provide part time assistance to my mother when I could not be there. She enjoyed having them there to help her.

Responsive and reliable. My only disappointment is the inability to book my mom's favorite caregiver. She never seems to be available. I found them to be reliable, responsive and good with follow-up questions.

Especially when the decision is to stay at home. It does not take long into the experience of Long Time Care to realize the importance of time spent in researching and selecting the right group will be reflected in the quality of your everyday existence. Meeting with Ivona the first time I was impressed with her enthusiasm, compassion and passion to make the clients existence better. Nary a day goes be that I don’t give thanks to Ivona and her Aids for making it possible to continue the good life.

They have been wonderful and caring for both mom and dad. The caregivers are experienced and knowledgeable at the same time, offering patience, caring, and compassion.

We love our caretaker [name removed]! She is thorough, thoughtful and reliable! She always keeps me informed. I feel completely at ease when she is taking care of my Mom. I wish there was an easier way for her to change her hours based on her needs and my needs, but that is an administrative task that is not a slight against her.

Had a great experience with Seniors Helping Seniors. Did not feel pressured during initial interview and the workers were very caring. They took my mother in law on outings and followed up on their days off.

I use this agency for my aging mother before she passed. The staff were a reliable, on time, and communicated with us regularly. Over time to stop became part of the family and we still stay in touch. The few times that there were small issues, the management reach that test directly very quickly and the issues were resolved. Best of all was their house-call services. It saved us many long days sitting in the emergency room to get Mom seen due to lack of transportation. I can't recommend Noble Health enough.

Had a great experience with SYNERGY HomeCare. Felt good about the organization right from the initial phone call and with meeting the care providers who came to the home to be with my mother. I was super appreciative that they could make all this happen on fairly short notice in just a few days time, as we were in crisis mode, and they were a godsend. They were dependable, truly care about what they do, and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I worked with [name removed] and his Steadfast team to get care for my mom who is dealing with dementia. We landed with an outstanding staff member who cared for my mom in an amazing way. She was caring and responsive to my mother’s needs and it was so helpful as we lived out of state. She provided updates and concerns and quickly become part of the care team. The office staff was responsive and quickly adjusted to the changing needs of my mom. Worth every penny!
