They were open to hiring an aide from my previous service who is especially kind and caring. They drive me wherever I need to go. My meds are given on time. My meals are prepared to my specifications and served on time.

My husband needed care as he was not doing well after his brain cancer diagnosis. With his limited mobility, he received care for incontinence, bathing, dressing, moving from his bed to a chair and eating. Household chores such as laundry and washing dishes were done. Advice was given which enhanced the care that could be provided for him such as recommending extra services. Home Instead was definitely a good choice for us.

The care we have gotten over the past 9 months has been way beyond what I expected. She looked after every need that my husband had and always had a smile on her face. Right at Home was extremely cooperative because we would schedule a week at a time and often had to adjust times or days as the week progressed. We have a long term care policy which was very demanding and Right at Home worked relentlessly to see that we got our money back from them. [name removed] was loving, caring, and tried very hard to get verbal responses from my husband when he was uncooperative.

The helpers and the management are very good.

Our caregiver was wonderful. Our caregiver came to our home 3 times a week for 4 hours. My husband was cared for in our home. Yes, we would recommend Home Instead - Liberty, MO to other families based on our experience.

5 on everything. We only had one problem just before we left. She filed a complaint against us. Never really understood that. I would recommend your services to anyone in need.

I have had multiple caregivers sent from many agencies and have found I Need An Angel to be the very best! They match their caregivers with the clients needs, wants, and personalities. It is not an easy job. I have been very happy with the caregivers and my office staff always going above and beyond any expectations I could had.

The staff was very responsive in scheduling caregivers and would always communicate with me when they had to substitute. The caregivers were very compassionate, caring and capable.

Rapid response of team. Our father seemed to like the staff that came. I would highly recommend their services to others looking.

Because I don’t have the technology [removed name] is doing it for me on her phone. I know that [removed name] is caring, kind Professional and loving when dealing with my Dad [removed name] all of his needs are being met by her. She loves him and we the Family love her, she’s special to us, we consider her part of the Family.

I can only speak to ease of seating care. That's where I stopped and others took over. 5 on that. Based on comments from others I would say all was good.

I have been using J and J Homecare for almost a year. My mom lives in an independent living community which encourages their tenants to age-in-place (also amazing—[community removed] ). It is the only agency the apartment managers have invited in-house because they are so responsive. They even have their own office in the building. I started using them because of my mom’s dementia and physical limitations. Although I live nearby, I can’t always be right there for everything. With J and J, I have never worried one single day about my mom. They are always stopping in and checking on her, taking care of anything she needs, from a clothing change/shower/laundry situation to finding her with very low blood sugar and immediately contacting me with the immediate decision to call 911. Their nursing managers are also top notch and amazing and so helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Before I started with J and J, I used to worry about my mom daily. I no longer do.

Home Matters has been terrific to work with in providing care for my husband. The caregivers are kind and supportive with both of us. I know he will be well taken care of while I’m working or running errands.

We were a moving target with needed care. Constant change. [name removed] was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Helios made a stressful time much easier to manage and care for our parents. The caregivers were on time and helpful.

[name removed] was exceptionally helpful during a critical time where both of my parents ended up in the hospital while I was out of town and it was Thanksgiving week. [name removed], our care provider has been invaluable, patient, and communicative.

The Home Matters staff are such compassionate, loving, humans. They always answer their phones, they find solutions, they don't give excuses. They show up, they keep their word. And unlike other companies, they don't bad mouth their competition. They are very professional.

Originally we were at home and needed help. Our third try brought [name removed] into our lives. She provides support and confidence with every visit even though we are now living at [community removed].

[name removed] is patient, thoughtful and cares about his people. He is a strong guy. I highly recommend him, and if you call home matters ask for him. My husband thought dispatch had called and he was off to a fire. [name removed]calmed him down and went to wake me up!
