Had several workers at my house. One fell asleep, none of them know how to make a bed. Not impressed. Never got a call if someone was coming or not.

I was not happy with the services that my wife received from this staff. The people were not on time and out of the three people that they sent only one I could try and bare. I would not use them again.

The service was not able to get me assistance and did not contact me. They had another caretaker that was not trained in our needs. The service did not contact me that no one would be out to help me. I would not recommend this service to other families for someone to come to your home.

I had been using BrightWatch but have found then to be unprofessional and caring more about protecting themselves than a patient. I had a caregiver who gave out Medical information in breach of HIPAA rules that caused problems. Then after being told several times by written doctor orders and myself, ignored the need for a "low Sodium" diet and fed, bacon, hot dogs and processed food to a dementia patient who had to be hospitalized because of excess fluid. Then the caregiver opened a legal document which she had no business doing and then when caught blamed the dementia patient who does not remember or understand the ramifications. When I complained to the owner [Removed] and wanted her replaced he tried to blame it on the dementia patient. These are not people you want caring for your loved one. I fired them,

[Removed] did call me and we scheduled apt while I was going to be in Denver visiting my Mother. [Removed] never showed up at scheduled time. She did call 2 hrs after appt and we did schedule another time for a phone chat so I could get all the information I needed for my Mother. I could not talk when she did call and asked if she could call back in an hour but she never called back. Very disappointed and angry that I could not receive the in-home respite care for my Mother. If this is the way they treat someone requesting information, I wonder how they treat their clients!

I had a very short experience with the agency Kindred at Home. The care offered was not successful. I feel that we tried and thought things could have been better for my wife during our time of need and help.

I used this agency for a moment. The experience was a little odd but overall it ended good. The caretaker was good to my parents for the most part. I did have a misunderstanding between my caretaker and ended up with no replacement but I did get a resolution in the end.

They do not provide services on the southside of Indianapolis which was where I wanted them

Spoke to this company and received horrible service. Always there home care was not able to offer any helpful information. I always base my opinion of a company off of an experience and based off of this particular experience I would urge no one to use this company nor their services.

They were not a great experience. Nobody was taking care of her. People were pretty much not showing up, and if they were, then they weren't doing anything. We were paying them a lot of money. They had very unqualified people. I would not recommend them. I had used one of their branches in WA and did not have that same experience, but the Boise location was awful.

Not good

We did not have a good experience with Sara Companion Services. We used them twice, the first time the caregiver was late and was also ill, and the second time the caregiver failed to show up at all. We did not continue to use the service after that.

They don't seem to have very reliable people working for them. I have had many times where the aid was either late or did not show up at all I have also had to deal with nasty and lazy aids that would ignore my mother's needs quite often. When I informed Star multi care about my concerns I was told that unfortunately these things happen and they would send me some one else I have found things missing and a fraudulent charge was made on my mothers credit card. I was able to dispute the charge through the credit card company and mother was not responsible to pay the charge . I alerted them and let them know who it was an they said it wasn't that aid it was probably someone else. They don't seem to care what their aids say or do while they are in your house . when you do complain the management says I understand your concerns but it's very hard to find good aids and we have to take what we can get .

They weren't doing any of the things we wanted them to do. They were just letting my loved one "run the show". They weren't getting her up and walking her around, or stopping her from smoking all over the house, or bathing her or helping her change her clothes. They were unreliable. I have had six different substitutes, the girl that was our regular took a LOT of time off. They were late or didn't show up. I finally found a girl I really did like and she got her washed and her clothes changed, but we weren't able to keep her. I was very disappointed with the service.

It has been 12 days and counting,they have zero urgency in placement of caregivers.also,they got another Persons profile request in my mothers file,abit disturbing

They did actually show up every day – not personable, didn’t speak English. Showed now compassion – just grunted at my father – which just made my dad more frustrated. The care giver didn’t know how to divert the situation. It was awful - worst two weeks of our life. The billing also got messed up. Just not a very helpful experience.

Promised to send paperwork on many occasions never did. If he can't follow up on phone call promises....do not feel I could trust him with my parent.

The Care Givers are wonderful. The administration is horrible. They seem to be a "start-up" company fumbling with a lack of knowledge. Their prices are high compared to others locally in the industry.

agency told me to find another agency when addressing problems encountered with their agency. aides came late daily and gave various excuses, including being pulled over by the police two days in a row and having 3 flat tires in a week. the agency was unable to find replacement coverage when assigned aide canceled 2 hrs before scheduled shift. agency assigned aide who physically unable to do job and had to call family for assistance. aides falsified time sheets (did not record accurate time of arrival-wanted to be paid for being late and not on job).

A BAD investment.
