My experience with Amada has been very good. I’m very happy with the PSS assigned to me. They were very prompt in getting back to me to send me a staff person. I do not talk much to the front office.

We had a unique situation where we only required care for 1 hour at different times throughout the day/7 days a week. Everyone from the assigned representatives, schedulers and caregivers were great to work with and very accommodating. The caregivers really showed care and kindness to our Pop. A very special thank you to [names removed] for taking such good care of him! Another special thank you to the scheduling staff, [name removed] and [name removed] and our original representative, [name removed], for pulling the most accommodating agreement together and to her successor [name removed] for the seamless transition!

My husband has dementia, and Cornerstone has saved my life. Their caregivers are here for both of us. They assist him with all of his needs, and they give wonderful help to me with basic household chores. More important [name removed]. is always available for last-minute adjustments to scheduling, and he is prompt with responses to our needs. They are very careful to match the right caregiver with the needs of the patient.

Every angle are very good and respectful and they know how to do their job. I would recommend to others.

My wife was severely injured making her completely non-weight bearing. She required a couple of surgery's and a 6-week recovery period before rehab could start. Because of Medicare's requirement of improvement or no coverage. She had to leave the rehabilitation facility with 3-day notice and about 5 weeks early. Suddenly I needed a hospital bed, wheelchair, Hoyer lift, home health aide, home nurse along with all of items that goes along with a care facility. Lifechangers home health aide and nurse were the easy part. They were prompt and attentive. They told me what supplies I would need and where the best price was to get them. They were there from the start. About 2 weeks before the insurance provided nurses and PT therapists even called. As far as cost they were significantly cheaper the anyone else. Hours per week were easily adjusted to provide service during doctor visits and changing schedules. All while providing outstanding service. I could go on, but I'm out of characters.

We found need in the last year following a hospital stay where we needed help and assurance that our person was attempting to stay active and social when able, help us monitor and encourage good nutrition and food intake and of course assist with daily meds. We scheduled a morning and an afternoon visit for peace of mind while myself and my family continued to work. The care was extraordinary, and all the caregivers very patient and great communicators. The improvement in our persons health was the winning measurement. We will be reaching out again without hesitation as needed.

We were fortunate to get a caregiver who is a great match, she gets along so well with my mom & is accommodating of any requests she has. The other staff members have all been a pleasure to work with, super friendly, and just made this transition as easy as could be.

My caregiver is so kind and helpful, always so willing. She goes way beyond. I love her very much! She always help me so I don't fall.

They took great care of my grandmother. She’s hard to deal with sometimes but they were able to create a great relationship with her and always treated her with respect and professionalism. I would definitely recommend anyone to use them

The staff that makes up Senior Helpers are very caring and patient. I've worked with other Senior care companies, but by far this one has been the best! It's difficult finding a reliable care service to entrust your love ones, and by far this service has not failed us.

Experience with my aunt who was an elderly person that had several illnesses, epilepsy, Parkinson’s, and others, made her a person that was kind of difficult to take care, but thankfully the assistance we received made her life much better and help us with a load we had.

Synergy provided me with care I needed to recover from surgery on short notice, transporting me from the hospital and monitoring me overnight. They provide great assistance in my recovery for the next 2 weeks.

My experience with Ebenezer Etta Healthcare services has been overall a good experience. The homecare team is personable, professional and friendly. I only desire is to have a homecare worker that would stay, as I feel it is of vital importance to the client to have consistency. Clients establish relationships with the care aides and look forward to the friendships and familiarity they provide. All of the workers have been attentive and caring individuals.
