My mother's caregiver was amazing and helped her to regain her confidence and independence after a serious illness. Her being there also allowed by dad the piece of mind to leave the house to take care of things without worrying about my mother's wellbeing.

Amada senior care was the perfect fit for our needs. It was my first time dealing with an agency to assist with care for a family member. My call was answered immediately and a caregiver started within two days of discussing my needs. It was a good experience and I was very pleased with the care given.

I am not the type of person to take the time to write reviews but i hope this helps everyone in need of loving and well trained help for your loved family! They are truly amazing they go above and beyond and bonding was very easy with such great staff

Things that I would tell others: 1. I wish that the starting process was made clearer to me: that the we'd work with different caregivers during the first week or so to get the their schedules set and find the right fit for us. 2. To treat the caregivers with respect and gratitude, but to be forthright with the organization when a certain caregiver is not the right fit. (This happened once and it was not a function of the caregiver's kind heartedness, or supportiveness, or politeness.) 3. To double check the customer portal to verify that changes communicated to the admin team were captured correctly.

My contact person is very efficient and friendly. She has been in contact with my surgical team and has set up my staffing to cover 5 day and has made 2 home visits to discuss the process. I am looking forward to my surgery and my help to recover.

We had a wonderful experience with Senior Helpers. [name removed] was our caregiver twice in a row and she was amazing. She’s very trustworthy and reliable. I felt very safe having her take care of my elderly father. I will be using [name removed]and Senior Helpers in the future for sure.

They were there when we needed them. They kept in contact and let me know when they would be there. Certain members were better than others. Gave me some time to get my own stuff done and were patient and helpful for my mom.

We have been with Cornerstone for over a year and it has been a good experience. When our usual caregiver is unable to do it they provide a different a qualified caregiver to fill in. The caregiver does the agreed upon tasks and takes quality care of our mom! They are easy to work with and we truly appreciate them.

Senior Helpers Southaven experience has been good. From the first time I spoke with them until present, there was excellent communication and phenomenal customer service. [name removed] has made the process seamless and comforting to know my mother will receive the best care.

After a year's time, in which I suffered in pain for months before having 2 back surgeries, and 12 weeks of recovery, my home was a disaster. I had barely been able to do the easy, daily housekeeping. I needed help if I ever wanted to have my house thoroughly clean again. After a few Right at Home's helper visits, scheduled at my convenience , (around 16 total hours) I am so happy. My home is sparkling, all I have to do is daily upkeep between my helpers weekly visits. The management is wonderful and always available via text, email, or calls. I give Right at Home 5 stars in every possible detail. DM

The people who were sent looked and acted professional, and friendly. They cared for my father, and he liked them. They let my Dad watch the news (which is what he wants) all day. They interacted with him, asking what he wanted/needed, throughout the day.

The caregivers, especially one, were very attentive to my wife’s situation and needs. They brought important observations and concerns to my attention and I felt comfortable with them being in my home. They made the best of a very difficult situation. The only issue I had was with a slight glitch in the final billing.

Very responsive to changing situations. Excellent caregivers, very experienced with handling issues that came up. Nothing seems to phase them. Made my sister feel secure. Helped out doing thing that were above and beyond What we were expecting.

We hired Visiting Angels to help with my 90 year old mother. We have the same caregiver ([name removed]) show up twice per week. She baths my mom, prepares her lunch and provides company. She has been wonderful!
