Our caregiver is a great fit for my 92 year old mother-in-law. She helps with showers, applying lotions, nail trims, light household chores, companionship, and light exercise. We are pleased with the service.

They don't communicate or when they do its not very effective. We've had a couple of instances where things could have been resolved with a simple phone call.

Mom, though elderly and with health issues, wanted to live at home. The family chose Griswold temporarily to provide part-time caregivers while we figured out a more permanent solution for her living situation. Griswold was very responsive and accommodating. As a referral service they were more economical, and they were also able to provide part-time caregivers that fit our schedule. Mom though did seem a little confused on how a referral service worked. The caregivers were nice, and helpful with taking care of everyday tasks. But Mom's health started deteriorating rapidly and part-time caregivers from any company wouldn't work anymore.
