Home Instead is a wonderful agency providing excellent care for my mom. They responded quickly and came out right away to evaluate my mom and arranged immediately for a part time caregiver whom my mom adores. She is thoughtful and compassionate and extremely competent. I would recommend Home Instead highly to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

I would highly recommend Home Instead to anyone needing help for themselves or a loved one in the home in lieu of moving to an assisted living or nursing facility. The caregivers were wonderful, and the communication with the support staff was second to none. It is clearly evident that this company is run by people who value their clients, and we’ll go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

Mom was reluctant to have someone come in to assist with light tasks but now she looks forward to the visits and it has really rejuvenated her days. We are so very thankful for the wonderful care she is receiving and wish we had signed her up sooner.

They're very good at what they do. I am having a small problem with one of them being late repeatedly. But actually it's really not a huge deal cuz it's only five or six or 7 minutes. I would recommend them to someone else.

Our caregiver was so kind and helpful. She took over and did what she was paid to do in a kind and efficient manner. So wonderful to have her.

We had a great experience with Avid home care company. The caregivers were professional, compassionate, and truly treated our family member with dignity and respect. Communication was clear, scheduling was reliable, and it was obvious they genuinely care about the people they serve. Having their support gave us real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality home care.

We had an issue with the 1st placement I reached out and immediately they took care of it and we had a replacement the next morning which is working out great! The manager even offered to come for the rest of the shift if needed. They have been wonderful to work with

I did not know what to expect when it came to using a home health company. I called C & C just to find out about the company and was very impressed after hearing about it. I signed for my husband who had fallen and suffered a brain hemorrhage, 2 small bleeds as well as 2 contusions in the brain. There were errands that I needed to run and had no one to stay with him. That all changed with C& C. I never felt like I needed to be there with him when a sitter from C & C was there. Each sitter asked what needed to be done and when. They were very polite, friendly and did exactly what they were taught to do. I did not worry one bit when they were with my husband. He liked every sitter and never complained. I would choose C & C again. I also never worried whether someone would show up when I needed them. When I called to schedule a sitter the date and time were scheduled even though I didn’t talk to any one to confirm, a sitter always came and on time.

I needed someone quickly and they delivered, but we were not happy with that person. I worked with another agency, but Boyton Beach called and said they had someone who matched our needs. They were right and we have the best homecare helper possible. We feel blessed. They found us an angel!

I interviewed them the afternoon of Xmas eve and had private duty aids at the time. They (private duty aids)overheard the interview and told my mother they were not coming back, I called Extended Family after 5pm on Xmas eve and they had an aid at my mothers house the next day @ 8am X-mas day. I will forever be grateful for Extended Family helping us in a dire situation. 1 1/2 months later they continue to show up on time and provide quality care for my mother.

We have been using Senior Helpers for a little over 2 months. I have no complaints. The four Helpers we have used so far have been much more help than i thought paid caregivers would give. Billing has been accurate and timely. Like I said I will recommend them to anyone who needs loving and caring help for there loved ones or themselves.

Amada mgmt team was excellent in scheduling caregivers and providing us the help we needed when we needed it. The caregivers were also excellent. Very prompt, caring, took wonderful care of my husband and both of us appreciated it so much! Can’t say enough good things about this team.

Our Visiting Angel is truly an angel. She is caring and helpful; So friendly and professional. I'd gladly recommend their services. Especially helpful is their flexibility in providing services plus the variety of services available.

They meet my needs and have a great staff. I am so lucky to have found them and am still using the service . After taking care of my dad full time now!
