Before starting your team did a comprehensive evaluation of my wife's health care needs and living conditions. The health care workers we well trained, supportive of any requests we had, and genuinely caring. When they came in, the first thing they would do is to check on my wife and make sure he needs were taken care of. Whenever there was an issue or concern, the staff made ever effort to resolve it. There was always someone who responded expeditiously and with empathy. I would strongly recommend this agency.

Having someone who can do the things that I can't makes my life so much easier. My helper will do chores around my house and go with me to the grocery store to carry my bags. When I was doing these things myself I would make myself so tired and painful. I enjoy having someone to talk to also.

Why I recommended this agency: 1, Deliver timely care with humor and genuine concern for clients. 2. Agency provides routine and changespecific training for health conditions, i.e. Parkinson’s disease. 3. Care coordinator makes schedule changes with only couple of days notice. For example, transportation to additional appointments. 4. Fair pricing without restrictive contract language; also provide prepaid credit card for expenses so staff do not need access personal financial information. 5. Agency reportedly conducted thorough background checks. No known felons among staff (or their families) which otherwise increases risk for those receiving care. Another agency sent caregivers with criminal records to my home without prior notice or agreement; agency rehabilitation program discovered after more than 50% of pain medication went ‘missing’.

Everyone was very helpful and experienced the care givers were kind and helpful! I had a great experience with everyone except one lady that my dad wanted someone else and they were very accommodating and sent us someone else. It’s been a great experience..A place for mom has helped me with three family members you all are amazing

The agency and friendly staff was quick to respond and assist at a critical moment when help was needed to stabilize a move from one state to another. Explained what we can expect and how they can meet our needs. Definitely recommend them!

The office had someone there 24/7. Sometimes it takes a bit to find a good match. Staff is well trained and they have recurring training also. I considered them a very good value. They provided me with the support and assistance that I needed at the time

Caregivers (day shift) have been excellent. Good coverage if changes are needed and the office is very responsive. You are paying a premium price but the care has been very good and reliable. The experience level of our care givers is very good (day shift) and once the permanent care team was established, it runs like clockwork.

We’ve been using Golden Years for about a year now. When my wife was first discharged from the hospital she was very frail and weak due to a fall. [name removed]and her staff came to the rescue, and literally helped her rehabilitate so that now she’s almost living independently. Choosing Golden Years was one of the best choices of my life.

She is back on her way to recovery with the best help at home to provide a safe and helpful transition to independent living. She's qualified for everything, [name removed] has been just what my wife needed. They talk , go shopping for clothes, or go out to eat together. I wish the service could be covered by insurance, but it isn't through Seniors helping Seniors.

My home care professional is amazing. She is the perfect assistance companion for my mother. We have tried other agencies in another city that were disastrous. Home Instead has be a refreshingly wonderful experience.

We suddenly needed home health care for my Mom who had fallen. 4 Seasons got someone to our house promptly. Every caregiver who came to our home was professional, competent and tended to Mom with kindness and empathy. Mom was chair bound so she needed help with almost everything from incontinence assistance to bathing, washing her hair, and meal prep. We had various therapy end assisted living reps coming to the house to evaluate and assist Mom. I was overwhelmed and the only way I handled it was knowing the 4 Seasons home health workers were there and Mom was in capable hands. The workers often recommended products that would help Mom and they were spot on everytime. They were able to accommodate our requests for varied hours when needed. On their final day with Mom, they got her ready and helped me pack her things and unpack them at her assisted living apartment. We will be forever grateful to 4 Seasons for helping us navigate a difficult time in our lives!
