The Team at EEHS were very respectful and encouraging. They walk me through their care options and gave me affordable choices to pay. I have never been so relived to know that my loved one is being taken care of. This really is the best Healthcare agency in Maryland.

When we first met you asked great questions to both my mom and me about our expectations of the care we wanted. Your care givers did a great job being there for her and taking care of day to day chores, driving her to appointments and being company. Recently my mom shared that a caregiver came that had on very heavy perfume to the point after she left my mom opened doors and put a fan on. You might share with them that’s not a good idea.

While I was recouperating from ankle surgery, the aides helped with my bathing, did household chores like laundry, making my bed, getting me breakfast, cleaning up my kitchen. Helped me get dressed as well. I was non weight bearing so their help was deeply appreciated. I would use this agency in the future if needed.

Our experience with Happier at Home was excellent. The owners & managers were easy to work with. They understood our needs and were receptive to feedback regarding their employees. One caregiver in particular, was very good with our loved one, and they tried to schedule her for us whenever possible.

The agenc take time to help our needs and concerns. When I have questions they respond in a timely manner and work to resolve. Very friendly and courteous. The worker is prompt and cares for my dad.

Able to identify places in the Lancaster area that are month to month versus a larger up front commitment…they provided me with information on places we had not considered. They were also great at following up, and provided assistance making appointments to tour the facilities

There are so many words to say about senior helpers wonderful, spectacular, the best call I ever made. The moment I called them to the first time a lady showed up to help my mom was a wonderful experience. The wonderful people who created this business are warm and caring. Synergy Home Care of Bradenton FL is the very best in service to those who need caregivers who actually care. All of the employees that we have interacted with have been very professional and gone over the top in providing excellent service. The caregivers that come into our home, truly connect with our needs and are cheerful and so, so supportive. My husband is always asking when are my caregivers coming. I highly recommend this agency, Complete HomeCare, for providing home care for a family member. We had a sudden need for home care and I called several agencies. These owners not only called me back immediately, but they worked with me to provide care while still doing paperwork and making other needed arrangements. We ended up needing several months of daily care for my Mom. The ladies who rotated shifts provided both care and companionship. My family and I were appreciative of the quality of service and how honestly caring the owners and their employees treated my family.

We love our Tuesday lady. It helps having the same person every week. We tried to add a second day but someone new came each week. That did not work for us so we went back to one day a week. We are happy with the agency overall.

Can’t say enough good things about the people and communication at Senior Helpers of Hershey. Extremely helpful and kind to my Dad. They put him on a regular/recurring schedule which was comforting for us to know that we didn’t need to keep scheduling/rescheduling appts.

This organization is very accommodating and helpful. Everyone has a few hiccups but I have always found them to be courteous, understanding and helpful. They have been most willing to work with me in the care of my MIL, being 3.5 hrs away they have been a godsend.

Our goal is to stay in our home as long as we can. Our helper is a wonderful young woman who is doing a good job with the cleaning of the place and laundry. She is also bright. Remembering everything I told her. All in all we are happy with the service

Everyone was wonderful. My husband had great care even when he wasn't nice. The staff was very professional, easy to talk to and always there when I needed help even at a moments notice. Great group of people to work with.

If I could tell the world how amazing Home Matters is I would shout it from the roof top. The care they provide is compassionate and dignified. The caregivers don’t just come over and sit, they interact. They play games, go for walks, assist with anything my mom couldn’t do. If a caregiver is sick. They communicate an do their best to get a caregiver out to cover a shift sos my mom doesn’t go without. I don’t know what we would do without Home Matters.

Visiting Angels is a God sent. They helped me and my husband out with the confidence he was being treated well with kindness, and experienced. They were such a big help for us. We would always look forward to their visit.

First Light was friendly, caring, easy to work with and their system was easy to navigate. They answered questions and returned calls quickly. All the care givers from the scheduled to the last minute needs were friendly and personable.

Home Instead was quick to respond to my search for information, answered all my questions, got me started and matched us with the perfect caregiver for my husband. I am very pleased and satisfied with this company and their staff; everyone has been a pleasure to work with.
