No longer providing services. Only for 1 week in March and then she went to assisted living. Services were fine. I would recommend.

I wish the caregivers were more consistent. Back in February and March, they provided some care during the day to help care for my Mom while I was at work. It ended for 2 reasons: 1 I ran out money to pay for them and 2, I found a nursing home for her to move into

They are very flexible and accommodating. The home helpers really care. The owners care about clients and about workers. Would like to include only negative was that they were very busy and sometimes forgot to notify me of changes which was frustrating

1. 4 (it's just hard to need help at home so it will never be perfect, but thankful for it!) 2. 4 people get sick and that completely needs to be accommodated, and sending in a stranger does not work for someone with memory issues so again just hard 3. 5 they made it wonderfully easy and fast to start care! 4. 4 5. 4 6. 3 we needed more memory help but we needed the help fast and so that took priority 7. 4 it's just expensive in general

1. Overall: nothing is ever perfect, and Brothers Keeper is fairly efficient with any of our requests or questions. 2: Reliability/Punctuality: again, occasionally when a new caregiver shows up they might be 30-45 late because they got directions wrong. 3. Ease of starting care: fitting right person to the needs. 4: Communication and Responsiveness; excellent staff communication when I request info. 5. Friendliness: great 6. Quality of Care: most of our regular caregivers have adjusted well; a few early on could not meet our needs. 7. Value for cost: Good

Please note that I live in California and really have no idea about the quality of care my brother is receiving other than looking at caregiver notes in the portal and occasional feedback from my brother about care which is not very reliable. However i do know they show up as scheduled and perform their duties.

First light was there when we needed them right out of the hospital when we're not sure about the care that she needed. We couldn't afford the longer care treatment

From my experience this year: 1. Their contract is totally one-sided and leaves much room for improvement. While my many changes/modifications were accepted, in all fairness, a fair to all contract would be in the best interest of all. 2. Fees are in the range of competitors for CNA, CNA, or nurse, but the caregivers provided lack those skills, and from my experience & assessment, they are untrained companions. 3. I continue to engage their services as one provider is extremely good with my Mom and I don't want to loose her. 4. Their invoicing leaves much to be desired and requires two separate documents in order for LTC provider to approve. The invoice which lists dates and $; then, only upon my request, care logs that list daily tasks performed. Even those show the same time for every task. I am resubmitting to LTC provider in hopes they are acceptable for reimbursement.

Overall experience - 4 my mom is enjoying having some come in to help her but often does not get same person which she had a hard time with. Reliability and Punctuality - 4 Cornerstone will often send different caretaker or want to change day of week. Ease of starting care - 5 It was easy to work with them to get time and day of week we needed. Communication -4 After several of missed appointments or calls, we have now begun to communicate directly with me relaying messages to my mother. It seems to have solved our problem. Friendliness and Quality of care - 5 The caretaker seems to genuinely care for my mother. She goes right to cleaning and laundry. She often takes the time to visit and listen to my mother. Mom enjoys having someone to talk with.

I would use again. They were usually on time as scheduled. Easy to work with managers regarding changes. Very easy to start care. They are very responsive to communication via phone and email. The manager is friendly, a couple of the aids preferred to listen to TV instead of talking with my grandmother. The quality met expectations. The cost was worth the care and service provided.

I had been hoping that the service would be extra help and respite for my brother in law, but they don't seem to want extra help. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

What we like the most about their services is that they try to find someone that fits the needs and the personality

Overall the experience was a 4- they worked very hard to accommodate my Mom's changing schedule. Responsiveness is a 5 - quality of care a 4- only because I think some additional training would be good. Senior Helpers understands the needs of family members really well-even if you are questioning what you need- they are already a step ahead of you. They are very experienced in this market place.

Using this service took the pressure of juggling caregivers off my shoulders. Every shift was covered. Very easy to set up and given the quality of local recovery centers this was a perfect solution for us. I would recommend signing up for the minimum of time you think you'll need and then add if/as needed.

The management of all entities: nursing, social services, clergy, personal care, etc. this took a big burden off of me.

Except for one or two minor scheduling conflicts they were a joy. they lived up to anybody's expectations. I can't compare other costs - it is expensive.

The caregiver herself was amazing and I would give her a 5. Tthey were very efficient and I was always able to get a hold of someone. We were able to get a caregiver set up with in a week. They always responded in a timely manner. Had some issues with the when it came to talking the the billing department. My great grandma was care for very well. It is a bit pricey since you pay weekly. But the caregiver was amazing.

[name removed] was an absolute delight to work with. It was nice not having to scramble to find backup, and the office staff was on top of things.

Everything went pretty smoothly until the worker quit one of days after a month and a replacement could not be found

They work with the patients and are very flexible.
