Our caregiver is great the organization is rather inflexible

I would like to see cleaning underneath furniture. I would like someone to clean cat litter boxes. I would like someone to clean behind toilet and wall area. I would like someone to clean light fixtures globes. Fan blades. Coffee makers. Window blinds.

Senior Helpers did a great job and I would give them a four (4). Because some of the helpers could have done a better job.

It was rather difficult finding a caregiver that was compatible with our needs. The last caregiver was amazing, but ended up quitting, so we terminated our service with them at that point.

The caregivers are respectful and kind. I would recommend to others. It would be great if more time could be added to their visits.

They have been warm and kind, and we very much like the one who is currently coming. I have recommended and would again, however, I think people should look into more than one service with pertinent questions to determine which service best fits their needs. One thing I appreciated was that [name removed]came to the house to meet with us personally, and no other company did that. We had to stop the service for several months, and when we wanted to re-up, he came again. Also, whenever I have had to talk with someone on the phone, I have been welcomed to voice concerns or ask questions, and I very much appreciate that(I am using the service for my husband.). The reason I said a 4 instead of a 5 is because I don't like their billing system.

Overall had great experience with Senior Helpers. Mom particularly loved one of her aides who went above and beyond to take care of her. Only draw back was cost of service.

Their caregivers are kind, thoughtful, and capable. The agency is professional and compassionate.

Mom seemed to really enjoy and we were happy because Mom like the caregiver. Then after 4-5 days the person would just stop coming. After that happened a few times. I stayed back Mom was not aware I was close by. I caught her verbally bullying the caregiver. I'm paying for and (you will what I ask. Unsaid but implied!) When I caught her doing it to 2 different caregivers. I stepped and told Mom she couldn't bully them. She turned to the caregiver & asked if she was being mean. The caregiver, of course, did not respond. Mom said I was; I'm sorry! At first thought the service was sending inexperienced caregivers! But then realized Mom was terrible with them and they took it as long as they could, then quit. But realized that was not the case. It's important to see what going on behind the scenes before passing judgment on the service. It's not always the service's fault! Be sure to plant that seed in the family's head!

Most of the caregivers were very good. I would recommend to others. They provided services such as; Transporting my father to and from dialysis and sitting with him throughout the dialysis

Accounting needs work. No invoices sent. 6 calls to try and get one, then our account was overdrawn when 6 months later it was decided to take funds. Ultimately, after 3 more calls, it was sorted out. I would still use this company, but i would would handle billing differently.

Overall our family's experience was very good. The owner is very responsive to questions and very willing to meet in person or via text. She keeps herself informed on her clients care. We did have several different caregivers over several months- some worked better with our family member than others. The owner was always willing to address any questions or concerns we had.

We had an issue with an overnight aid that kept falling asleep and was using her phone to wake her up every 1/2 hour, which was also waking up members of the household who were trying to get some sleep. But they addressed the problem. as far as I remember, no issues. We no sooner had gotten a schedule established, and then we had to hospitalize him. For communication, they usually responded within 1/2 a day.

Worker had a doctor appt and ran very late w/o call. Then wanted to leave early. It was easy to get started, but expectations were not met. Expectations not complete. They are friendly. It was not what I needed. Expensive for what I needed at the time.

We have had dedicated caregivers with varying levels of connection to my husband. Our current caregiver is friendly, efficient, and dedicated. there have been times when our caregiver could not come, and it was difficult to find a replacement, although sincere effort is put into finding one. Our first caregiver started to run late many days, but our current caregiver is right on time. [name removed] came and met with us and care was started as soon as we were ready. most of the time communication is good, although sometimes it's restricted to their office hours. However, we have received a few calls outside of office hours. the staff is extremely friendly, and the other friendliness depends upon the caregiver. Our first one caregiver was somewhat friendly, but the second and current ones are very friendly. we do not pay out-of-pocket because the VA pays for some of the hours of coverage, and we have long-term health insurance, which is paying for additional hours of coverage.

It was quick and easy to sign up. Most of the aides sent to help us out were wonderful and helpful. Interim staff people were very helpful in adjusting our preferences for who they sent to us and even adjusting hours when needed.

I was surprised as to all the referrals I received. The agency I was working with was very responsive to my needs and concerns. The only complaint I had would be that I usually was not able to leave a voice message. If I texted I usually received sn immediate response. Overall I was happy with the services.

Had some staffing issues early on but rectified the problem. Had some issues getting my deposit back but ultimately it was refunded in full. I would recommend
