They do a good job. Treat [name removed] well. They are good at filling in the schedule as needed. They pick up food as needed. They are respectful and show up on time. I would recommend them because they are reliable.

They are great about talking with Mom and taking her out for new experiences. A good way to keep her mentally stimulated. We've had little trouble with scheduling issues. They are quite responsive when changes are needed.

Overall the experience was very good; although I live in Florida and my mother was living in New Haven, Connecticut, the staffing itself, proved not to be an issue. Out of closer two weeks., there was only one day where there were no visitors from the agency.

While I only used them for a short period of time, they were professional and friendly. The staff was polite and friendly and quick to come out and start service as soon as I needed. They only worked for one day but were very helpful and provided excellent care.

The care givers were attentive & cared about my husband. They did as I requested, walking & doing some exercises with him. They tracked what food & how much he ate for a meal. I was satisfied with their services.

Having someone other than a family member come into your home to take care of a loved one is a new experience for a lot of people. The family agreed to have only one individual for the days we wanted covered. We wanted consistency so as not to cause unnecessary anxiety. Finding the individual we have now took some time only because of prior scheduling with the other caregivers. We are thankful and pleased with the person assisting us at this time.

I was very impressed with their efficiency They came to the house got all the information, the next day we had helpers. It has been 8 weeks since we employed them and I don’t have any complaints

Personnel are friendly and helpful. Office is somewhat understaffed resulting in occasional delay in response time. Caregivers are well trained, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this agency.

Depends upon person to person, so far I have no complaints, my 83-year-old husband suffering from alzhiemers is being taken good care in dreesing, feeding , cleaning him and helping me in some light house keeping to give me some relief. It is almost a year . I m happy to have their services. It is good to have that kind of service. They are trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to avail their service.

The response to my inquiry was quick. The interview process went smoothly. Finding help seemed overwhelming. Hopewell made it easy and took quite a bit of the worry away. My mother's caretaker is from our old neighborhood making a fast connection .

They were very helpful to my mother and kind thoughtful took very good care of my mother and saw to her needs and made sure she took her medication and gave her meals on time and went for walks and talk to her

The weekend were the worst., I didn’t get notified and my mother was often left alone. Other times they would say that they didn’t have anyone available. I saw this as a flaw in management over time since this happened several times leaving my mother without medication and food.

Homewell Care was priced under other agencies. The initial intake at home was seamless. The caregiver was reliably prompt, and very helpful throughout the day I was picked up after surgery, getting settled in that day at home and helping the next day with tasks that I was unable to complete. Kind and compassionate care.

Administration was wonderful: super organized, helpful and efficient. One helper I had was a real worker bee, a great homemaker and housekeeper. She organized my closets and refrigerator which was a real help. The problem came when an inexperienced young woman was sent out who appeared to not have had training. She spent a good amount of her time on the phone and twice I could not find her. She had gone out on my balcony to talk and another time I found her in my bathroom talking. I only had her once and she was not sent out again. All in all, if you can have someone who is experienced, you will probably be happy.

I like their policies and think they provide professional services. It is more difficult for them to for Signal Mountain and that took a while. I have no complaints and enjoy working with their very responsive team.

I sent an email to a place for Mom needing in home part time care. They put me together with Cornerstone who got us a caregiver that is working out very well. We are in a very rural area which could have been problematic but we were able to work this out and get the care we needs.

I am quite satisfied with their services. The only issues I had was when they charged overtime without asking if the caregiver could And just charged the overtime on their Bill. I spoke to the Office And addressed it And they explained that she had to finish her work. Another issue was that we agreed the caregiver would not work on Veterans Day And Thanksgiving since they would charge time And a half And the caregiver came on Veterans Day. I called the Office And they said they would not charge time And a half.

We have a good man who really works well with my dad but when he's absent for personal reasons, it's hard to find a replacement, seemingly. And the agency needs to contact me in a more timely manner. That's been our only issue.

Your company came to my rescue in a flash. I wasn’t prepared for the number of companies calling & texting all the while trying to attend to the needs of my spouse. It was a confusing time. When the dust settled the one number that was at my fingertips was Amada. They came out immediately & helped me figure out my needs. Luckily my needs amounted to help for just a couple of months. Our family hired the agency to care for our aunt and uncle. Overall we had a good experience with them. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a small agency and there were several times they couldn’t provide coverage and the family had to provide it. This was a problem. If we needed help again, we would use them.
