They have been great! I really appreciate the fact that they keep me informed with any changes with my Mom's medical condition and do just about anything we ask of them. They take my mom shopping as well as light housekeeping. My mom is very happy with their services!

I choose 8 hours per day, 7 days a week. You made the payment plan easy. I can call you at any time & talk with whoever I need. In 2012, I met with Mario Parker (PCH-Montclair) for an "exploratory" meeting. I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and his having worked in the healthcare field for many years. In January of this year, it became apparent that my parents needed assistance. Living out of state, I realized that I would be unable to address their needs. I contacted Mario and he remembered our meeting! We arranged a visit to my parents home to access their needs. Mario was able to select a health care aid whose personality would be compatible with the family. Whenever there is a question, I have called the office and spoken directly with Mario who calmly helps to resolve issues or concerns. I have peace of mind knowing that my parents are well cared for thanks to the services of PCH-Montclair.

They did a very good job, and they were very reliable. We only needed them once for about a week, and it worked out great. The girl that came did a good job. There were no surprises with the bill and everything went smoothly.

The caregivers come to my home to take care of my dad. Everything has been going good. The value is excellent for the services that you are getting. They are very good. They are very flexible with my dad and his hours, willing to work however they can to provide him the care and service that he needs. They are very good at proactively communicating with me to let me know how he is doing, what's going on, get my take and feedback on things, etc. It has really been a very positive experience and I highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care.

I have had a very positive experience with Allegiance Home Care and would highly recommend them. They provided a physician who does home calls at no extra charge, which was a very nice bonus. They have been very accommodating in finding someone for me within very short notice, which other agencies have not been able to do. We have used a caregiver off and on over the last 90 days or so and they do an excellent job keeping in touch to understand and fulfill our needs.

Their intake process is very detailed, and they go beyond in trying to help out in any way they can. They do a lot of research for you, work with you on your budget, accommodate you in any way you can, etc. I have spoken to many people about care for my mother, and 24 Hr HomeCare really stands out above and beyond the rest.

This service has been very helpful. I am using on as needed basis and it just takes a quick phone call to set up care for a certain date and time which is always confirmed. It allows me to make appointments and be away for short or longer periods of time and know my loved one is being well cared for.
