Bright Watch Caregivers were responsive and came out to see us. They were good with what they did. We did not go with anyone at this time though. We are relying on neighbors and friends.

Comfort keepers is going good. They are helping out a lot. Mom and Dad really like the staff member that is helping them. I cant think of anything to complain about. It has been a good experience.

We found Senior Helpers to be very responsive and caring. It was wonderful to not have to worry, whether or not my mother was being cared for. They took my mom places and did consistent range of motion exercises with mom. They were great at keeping us up to date with anything going on with the caregiver and my mother. We had live-in service for several years until my mom passed away.

I was very pleased with 24 Hr Homecare. The girl that was here was wonderful with my mother. They were very helpful. I was very happy with the service we received.

I only had them for two evenings, so there is not really a lot I can say about them. The two workers who came over were very friendly and very attentive and they seemed to show that they cared about their job.

This company was wonderful! They are responsive and thoughtful and extremely professional. My wife's father had gone through caregiver after caregiver before we found Presidio. None of the other companies could handle him. But Presidio was patient and diligent and found the right person for the job. They have not missed one single shift in over 6 months! For people who know elder care this may seem unbelievable but I assure you it is true. And they are available 24 hours per day. Not that we call them at 2am but when we need to chat with them after hours they pick up every time. I am so impressed by this. My wife feels like they are her personal caregiver company. And as the old saying goes, happy wife means happy life. I am very happy that we found Presidio Home Care. They have lifted a great weight off of my wife and her family and me!

We've only been utilizing services for a short time and it has been a really good experience so far. We have two caregivers coming on a regular basis although my husband really doesn't want the help. It has been a big relief having the extra help and I Really appreciate the fact that they haven't given up. Although my husband isn't very accepting of the help they still do what they can and engage in conversation with him which could be a difficult task. All in all things are going as good as they can be.

Mark and his team at Brightstar have enabled my father to stay at home. They have provided us with wonderful caregivers and and first rate customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for home care for their loved one

Things have been going very well considering the fact that my dad has dementia. He seems to get along with the caregivers and they are very caring and have been a great help. I appreciate having someone there to look out for my Dad when i can't be. i would definitely recommend them!

Although we are no longer using the agency it was good while it lasted. My dad really enjoyed having the company but he ended up needing more care so as a family we decided to move him to a facility. Even now he asks for his caregiver. They took the time out to read to him and just converse with him which he really enjoyed. All in all things went well.

Senior Helpers has been a great help! We only have the aids coming in twice a week but they are very responsive in an emergency situation. The caregivers are awesome and I really appreciate the fact that they helped us with getting long term care in place. All in all things have been great having the extra help and I would definitely recommend them!

Steadfast is the best agency we have worked with (it is the third one in the last year). They carefully evaluated the case (unlike the others) and recommended just the right person for the job. Then, the owner followed up with both us and the new aide to make sure things were going well.

Although we are no longer using Senior Helpers it was great while it lasted. The caregivers were very friendly and very accommodating. They had a willingness to help in all capacities and it was very much appreciated. I will be using them again in the future when the need arises. they do an amazing job and I couldn't be more thankful to have been referred.

They came in and helped my mom. We had an incident where my mother ended up in the hospital and Senior Helpers pulled people together to get her 24/7 care. I thought they did a great job, they were really flexible and helped us get through a hard time.

Working with All Help was a great help. The caregivers were pleasant and very helpful. The only issue we really had was the cost. My Aunt wasn't willing nor could she afford to pay the amount billed on a consistent basis. I appreciated their services for the time that we utilized it but cannot go on until absolutely needed. I would definitely recommend to a friend if they can afford it.

Excellent agency with a hands-on owner. We had tried 2 different agencies before we called Steadfast. Neither of the caregivers from the previous agencies lasted long. Steadfast seems to vet their caregivers better than any other agency and most importantly, looks for the right personality to match the case. The owner had come to my mother's home and talked with her extensively before recommending the appropriate aide. Other agencies we had worked with seemed to just offer whoever was available without any thought of how good a fit they'd be.

So far it's been a really good experience working with Senior Helpers. Right now their primary role is to help my Mom with cleaning and they seem to get the job done. It would be nice if they sent the same person consistently but that would be my only complaint. I really appreciate the fact that we have someone there when we cannot be there. It really gives me peace of mind knowing someone is there in case of a fall. All in all it's been great!

Working with this agency has been a great experience. It's given my sister an opportunity to maintain her independence and still have the help there if she needs it. The caregiver has been very accommodating and professional. I appreciate all that they've done and would most definitely recommend to a friend.
