Have had positive feedback from patient's families that had 24Hr Caregivers. Great team, good follow up. Would always recommend them to anyone that would need a caregiver.

They come out to the home to provide services. At first we had issues with them being reliable but once the set people came in we did not have any issues.

Right at Home- Memphis East- was fabulous. It was the best choice I ever made. I will be able to leave again for a short time because I know that I have people like that to come in and take of him. He liked the caretaker very very much. That was one of my worries but he loved it. It was perfect. I have no complaints.

They are just very caring people. They cared about who was going to help with my mother and getting the right placement and all that. They were really all about our needs and I was very impressed by that.

Although we only used them for a short time I was very impressed with the service offered by Synergy HomeCare. The administrative staff were friendly and easy to work with, and the gentleman they sent was helpful and professional. I would recommend the service to anyone!

Senior Helps was very good. I was very pleased with the companion that they sent for my husband, Kathy. It was a good experience with their service. I was glad to have the recommendation of this company.

I can't thank Golden Age Companions enough for helping me through such a difficult time of my life. My grandfather has a life threatening procedure that took him longer than expected to recover from. He was admitted to ECF or Extended care facility. I cannot even describe to you how bad of an experience it was. I have seen animals treated better than some of the patients admitted to ECF's. Fortunately for us, we interviewed Golden Age companions and the decision was simple. They not only allowed us to take my grandfather out of the ECF but there caregivers were so nurturing. I can't thank you guys enough and tell you what an impact you had on my family. The caregiver was so kind to my grandfather, He is a hard man to deal with, he can be very demanding, our caregiver still stops by the home to check on him from time to time.

The people that work there are just extremely kind and professional. Whenever I need anything they take care of it. My husband absolutely loves his caregivers. I really don't have any complaints.

They have done a good job. I am happy with them so far. They have been reliable, and I haven't had any issues with billing. I would rate them five, they have been very good.

They have been very flexible with their scheduling and that has been helpful. We have had to add a couple days here and there to make accommodations, and they do well with short notice. The caregiver we have is very good and a good asset.

We only used Right at Home for 2 wees. They came right on time the first day. That night I got a call from someone else that they had specifically hired someone with more skilled nursing to come work with my parents. The next day the new caregiver was late so my dad did call me. They really liked her though. My mother had a hair appointment and she showed up on time and got mom breakfast. But the next 3 days she was late. I do think she got fired for being late but I don't know exactly why. It could have been because my father called them wondering where she was. She was very polite, patient, and helpful. It wasn't the perfect experience but I would still say overall it was good. One thing Right at Home did that I was impressed with is they specifically hired someone that could meet the needs of my parents. They were very responsive and my parents really liked the caregiver. They really needed to be around other people though, so they are now in assisted living.

Everything was fine, they did what needed to be done. There were a couple of times where I think the lady had to reschedule and we didn't hear back from them, so we had to initiate the calls to get in to contact with them, but other than that it was fine.

At Right at Home I like their attention to detail even on the minor details such as folding towels. The value is fair. The care is top notch as far as I'm concerned. It seems as if the caregivers are able to do many things like walk her around, have her listen to music, etc. I am pleasantly pleased.

What a blessing Vickie and her staff have been to me and my family. They all were very personal and helpful. Kesha was also amazing. Thank you for your help with my mom and John. You all gave me great peace of mind. I live in Dallas and it is very difficult to know who to trust with your mother. My mom just passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015. Please know you played a big role as she declined in her health. I know it wasn't a long time, but it made all the difference to me. Thank you all! God bless you as you serve others.

You are the best! Saw Mom today and she was in good spirits, no doubt to you and your outing, words could never express how grateful we are to have you a part of our lives.

My daughter setup this service for me, I am pleased so far. Silvia is professional and punctual and we get along well.

My caregiver Nancy is great. She knows my house. I do not like changes at all she has been here a year so I'm happy.
