Working with Homewatch was a good experience. They were very attentive to my Dad's needs and very friendly. The only issue is the pricing. They are expensive but get the job done. I would recommend them but just know they are other agencies with lower rate.

Although we are no longer using the agency the care provided was fine. I only needed them to come and sit with Mom and kind of act as a companion in a sense. The caregiver Home Instead sent was great. I just felt as though it was quite a costly service when there isn't anything required other than to sit with my mother.

Optimum Senior Care has been great. They were only helping with bathing services and that worked out well for the time being. Rose was very friendly and treated my mother in law they way i would want someone to treat my own mother. The care giver has been willing to help and is caring. They are able to provide services to my elderly parents. The friendliness, value, and care services are excellent. I would recommend the Senior Helpers of Chicago. I can't rate the cleanliness or activities because it is not applicable. The care givers come to my home to care for my parents. it has been a really good experience. it's been going great.
