The caregiver who has been with my mom all but two times was fantastic, the one who "subbed" for the primary caregiver seemed inexperienced and was not good at initiating things to do to help; however, she was not familiar and I could not be there her first time to help with that process (I was present the first time the primary caregiver came, but the personalities of she and my mom were a great match and they developed a relationship very quickly. The organization and logistics was done very well by the administration of Home Instead , and they were always very helpful when I had questions and very willing to go out of their way to accommodate!

Everything with 24 Hr Homecare was perfect with the exception of them taking a while to respond to an email. It was really good and I definitely plan on using them again.

I needed assistance with my parents, both in their 90's, and still living on their own. Met with Senior Helpers and my parents had assistance within a day of my request. The person given the assignment is a perfect match. My father has had some acceptance issues surrounding needing help but my mother enjoys the company and help. I believe Senior Helpers have extended the time my parents can live in their home which is a priority for them. I would recommendSenior Helpers to anyone who needs help with parents, spouse, or partner and/or are transitioning from home to an assisted living arrangement for their loved one.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Home Instead. Mom loves her caregiver. She looks forward to every visit with "Her Little Angel." The caregiver takes her shopping, out to eat, along with helping her take care of her basic needs. Her caregiver really lifts her spirits.

All of the personal sent were great with my mother-in-law. I would like to comment on Sara…..when she first started, I had my doubts, but as time went on, she actually almost became part of our family. We miss her terribly! She is a wonderful, caring and a great employee you have obtained. Crossroads has been a big help with our needs. Thank you for everything!!!! Sara is one in a million!!!

Senior Helpers is amazing!!! We were nervous to have someone in the home to help Dad out, but as soon as we met Pam (the owner) all our nerves were put to rest! Senior Helpers has been a heaven sent. Their sweet caregivers are not only loving and compassionate but also so well trained and experienced! We think the world of Senior Helpers of Alpharetta!!

They are very prompt. The caregiver that they send out is very attentive and always on time. They are very businesslike and keep track of everything that is important. My husband can be stubborn and hard to deal with at times, but they do a great job.

The providers are very friendly. They are taking very good care of my loved one, and I am very happy so far. It is a great comfort knowing that my loved one is here.

I have had three visits from the caregivers at Home-instead and they do a great job every time.

right now we are testing the waters with this program, keeping an eye to make sure my mom is not taken for granted. But so far, they have been great for her, at first she was unsure she wanted the service but now loves them. Which reduces my stress, I'm happy we have them there.

Care To Stay Home was wonderful! Susan, the owner, sat down with us and explained everything very clearly and was super when it came to making arrangements to get someone in to help my mom within days of signing up. The caregiver was very sweet and caring and open to going into the pool with mom for arthritis swim classes. I only wish my parents had seen fit to stay with the service longer. I felt bad that they cancelled after only a couple of weeks, but I know that it was no fault of CTSH and the staff assured me that it is unfortunately very common. I would recommend Care To Stay Home to anyone in the Saint George area and I hope I can convince my parents to accept their caring services again!

My mother has had her helper for several weeks now and we couldn't be more pleased. Diane is joyful, prompt and conscientious. Iris - the director - did an excellent interview beforehand and everything we expressed was communicated clearly to our helper. The flexibility is genuine. What impressed us greatly is that Senior Helpers never hires from a "service" to fill any gaps. Each employee is theirs and trained by them. From what we've seen so far, it's good training. Highly recommend

Home Instead has beena god send for us and our mother. Without them we would have had to place her in a facility. Now she can stay in her home.

According to my loved one everything has gone very well with Homewatch Caregivers, she seems happy with the service and hasn't had any complaints at all!
