They are doing a good job. They are pretty reliable, and we get consistent people. We have the same couple of girls, that work their shifts, when we decided we wanted a different girl for one of the shifts, they were very good about finding us someone who better met our needs. So far we have been very pleased with the service.

I think they are doing a good job so far. They have been very reliable. We have had a pretty consistent caregiver, so it's not always someone different. We haven't had any issues with the billing. Everything is really working out well.

They have been great. We hired the first person they sent us for an interview. Tanya is very reliable, and mom really likes her. There have been no surprises in the billing, everything is as agreed. They have been great through the entire process. They were very accommodating.

Home Care Assistance of Fairfield County came to my help when it became clear my father could no longer live alone. They took the time to understand his needs, and selected an aide that was a perfect match. They went above and beyond the call of duty in many ways. As one example, the company's president, helped me as I made the house handicap accessible by moving a heavy TV downstairs for me! Sherri Wright, our case manager, was always ready with timely advice, and reassurance. The most extraordinary support came, in the end, from Veronica, dad's aide. She had to rush dad to the hospital one evening and stayed with him until 4:00 in the morning when he finally stabilized and could be moved to a room. My husband eagerly awaits Al.s visit on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays ... even getting up at 5:30 to be ready for Al's visit ay 9:30! m y husband (and I) are truly benefitting from his visits. “I have only praise for the services of Home Care Services. My exhausted family and day caregivers urgently needed night care for my mother who was in home hospice care in final stages of ALS. They were extremely helpful and was able to source a caregiver on a Saturday, only a couple hours after I called. We were indeed fortunate in this regard, as advice from others was we would not be able to obtain hospice services so quickly. The caregiver made my mother’s last few nights as comfortable as could be expected under the circumstances, and was one of her favorite carers out of many she’d had over the past eight months. My family is very grateful.”

They are doing a great job. They have been reliable, and consistent. Even when there will be a fill in they have it set up and have even given me a week notice. We haven't had any concerns or complaints, we are really happy with them.

Dawn called me within 30 min. My mother in law was nearing crisis mode. we now have someone at her house checking on her within 2 hours of first contact. thanks so much for peace of mind.

Great to meet in potential caregivers in person

They seem to be doing a fine job. The caregiver who comes out is reliable, we don't have problems with her showing up or anything like that. She seems to get along well with the caregiver. So far no complaints.

The people who come out were very helpful. I called on a Sunday evening and had someone come in on Monday morning.

We are very pleased with Distinctive Home Care. The caregiver we've been working with is high qualified, and so great at working with our loved one. I also appreciate how accommodating and flexible they are when it comes to scheduling.

The experience with Synergy Home Care has been great. They had a really good intake process, which was done by one of the co-owners. I really like that it is owned by a couple that is so involved in the process. They did a great job assessing our needs and assigning the right care provider based on those needs, and she has been fabulous! She proactively thinks of things that she can do to help mom out, and things she can do with mom that mom would enjoy. If I were to give them any feedback it would be to have tighter communication amongs the staff members, as there was a time or two early on when we received some calls to get information that was already in moms file. That was the only thing that has not been perfect about the experience. I am very grateful and it has far exceeded my expectations.

From the initial contact, to signing a contract, to the senior helper this has been a very professional and wonderful experience. My mother is very happy with her helper Pat Rogers. The staff keeps in touch to make sure everything is going well. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers of Harrisburg to anyone that may be in need of your kind of services.

Care to Stay Home has done a really good job and have been very helpful to me.

The people are really great, I love them, and they do a really good job when they're here. The only thing I can even think of that could make me any happier with them is this: for some reason (which is likely some sort of state law or some sort of liability issue on their part) if mom falls, they are not able to pick her up, and I would like it if they could. They are very consistent in their help and care, and they are very accommodating, always willing to be flexible where we need them to.

They were very patient and understanding with my grandmother. Grandmother has a tendency to be a little belligerent and rude, and they handled her incredibly well. She is battling Alzheimers and is struggling a lot with things, and they have done as wonderful of a job as could be expected.

They are doing a good job. They are reliable. We have a nurse that comes for a set amount of time and days every week, it's the same person. We don't have any concerns, it's going just as planned.

We have been using Home Instead, and it has been working out wonderful, at least for the time being. The aide that comes in gets along well with my loved one. They have done a pretty good job.
