Wonderful experience!! The caregivers were experienced, knowledgable and professional. The office staff was helpful and made the process very simple. I would definitely recommend using the agency.

I am only using them 5hr per day for 3 days a week. They are very cooperative to our needs... they did everything to help with our situation and worked out beautifully. Absolutely no complaints.

Our experiences with this home care have been great. They are coming and helping out with my husbands personal care. The care giver has been great at her job, he really enjoys when she comes to help. I really enjoy working with them, it has really been a pleasant experience. I would recommend this home care.

It's worked out fine. They have been helpful and reliable. We don't always need them, but when we do they have been here, and have been very helpful.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the care provided by the staff of Senior Helpers. We hired Senior Helpers in April of 2013 to be with my then 88 year old mom 24/7. They were with us until my mom passed away at the age of 91 in her home in March of 2016. They were professional and did an excellent job communicating any upcoming staff changes with us. As can be expected, there were multiple caregivers involved over that 3 year time period. Several of them are still in touch with us even after mom's passing.

I've been utilizing services with Homewatch for a short time now and it has been a very pleasant experience. Priscilla is my caregiver and she is quite amazing. She does cooking and cleaning for me and I can't complain. The food is good and she does a great job around my house and she keeps busy because there is plenty for her to do. We get out of the house from time to time and everyone from Homewatch has been great and responsive. I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend.

Home Care Assistance of Carmel has met our every need. They have provided great caregivers for my mother who has said great things about each person. (We have had 4 different ones since the time we started using this facility.) I'm not using them to take my mother to doctor appointments, just to be a companion in her home while I'm not here. They have found people for the multiple different times I've required. The caregivers are compassionate, and make her feel valuable. I feel secure in leaving my mother in good hands.

This is a wonderful home care agency. They are doing a great job with helping my mother out. Our experiences so far are good. The care givers are nice and very helpful. They are wonderful at what they do. My mother has adjusted well to the home care and we are very pleased.

They were wonderful and so patient with us. We were trying to decide which way to go with it, and they have just been great! I definitely think they should get a good score.

I had called Synergy for care for my father after my mother had passed away. He was having a really hard time doing day to day activities. With our family working it was hard to get over there every day and make sure he was doing okay. Synergy sent over one of their caregivers to help my father. She cooks for him, does his laundry and helps him in any way he asks. She is always on time and the office staff is so great about communicating with me and my father about any changes.

I've had a positive experience with the Owners and the CNA's that have come out to my home to take care of my Mother. Everyone has been helpful and very kind. They have been able to accommodate me in every area of need. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Senior help.

Star Multi Care has taken care of so many of my friends and family. Each dealing I have with either their office staff or home health aides have been the best I've seen. I live in a 55+ community and have seen many aides come and go. Star always sends the best aides to the members of my community. I will certainly recommend them to anyone one of my neighbors, friends or family.

My parents tell me that this is a good agency and they are pleased. Everything is working out very well and the caregivers that come and help have been very helpful. They help with chores and cooking. My mother has finally adjusted well to the help coming into her home. It has been a good experience for my parents and I would recommend it.

We are very pleased with this home care agency and everything they have done for us. This home care agency is very good at what they do, and they have great rates compared to the other agencies we looked into. We have had the same 2 caregivers and they are wonderful. We did have a problem with one of the caregivers, but they quickly addressed our concern and fixed the problem. They help with cooking and cleaning and I feel they are caring and helping her out very well. This agency has provided very fine care and I would recommend it.

Our friend had battled cancer for several years on and off . This last time she needed more care then us as friends and family would provide. So we started a search for homecare company that would provide the care she needed .one of us had heard about Synergy and so we decided to try them out. From the first call to the home assessment, then the care we knew we had make the right decision. Our friend received excellent care til her last day . We don't know how to thank them . They made a difference in our life's .

This company is easy to work with and always available to answer questions or concerns. We had a rocky start with the first caregiver having to quit due to child care concerns and I was out of town. Luckily, Charmain was on it and we had a new and better caregiver lined up and working by the time I got home from my trip. We also got a discount on some hours due to the inconvenience or lack of meet and greet on the second caregiver...I am not sure of the reason, but it was a welcome show of goodwill. Overall, the great thing about this service is that when there is an issue with one of their caregivers, Aris takes care of it. I worried needlessly, b/c they solved the problem immediately. What is more, both caregivers (the one with rocky start and her replacement) gave good care to my Grandfather who is not ambulatory and 91! Thanks Aris.

We were referred by a friend who used Right at Home Orlando before for their husband with Alheimer's. They said they were great at communicating and helping with care advice. They couldn't have been more right. We feel like we have a weight lifted off of us knowing that professionals like Reuben and Kiara are taking care of our mom.

We found an excellent caregiver match for my mom in terms of personality and skills after speaking with Justin of 24 Hr Homecare. This has worked out well. They are a bit pricey but the security of having a well-vetted caregiver is worth it assuming one can afford it

So far things are going good with this agency and they are doing a good job helping out with my mother while I am out of town. The care givers that come and help have been good at there job and helping her out. I am able to call in a few days in advance and set up for someone to come out. They make the process very easy and I have no complaints at this time.
